Charleston in a larger home with a private entrance. This unit has it's own private bath, private bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV in the living room, sleeper sofa and convenience center. The convenience center has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishware, utensils and drink-ware. With each room in the home having it's own entrance, multiple groups can rent, a couple of mid size groups or one large group can rent the whole home. Beside the stairwell is the washer and dryer available for shared guest use. Upstairs by the stairs is the thermostat that controls the upstairs temperature. We do ask that you not use the washing machine and dryer after 10pm and keep in mind that the thermostat also controls the temperature in the unit across the hall.
All of the new furnishings are beautiful yet functional and the bed is very comfortable. There is a flat screen TVs with cable and access to wireless internet included. Each bedroom has a sound machine to help block out any regular city noise. We provide luxurious linens and towels for your stay.
This home has so many beautiful unique original features that make it the perfect choice for your trip to Charleston. There is original exposed brick throughout, gorgeous original hardwood floors and non working but beautiful fireplaces. You will have access to the double porches, outfitted with rocking chairs and a joggling board for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. The home was built in 1895 and does have the classic "Charleston lean" in some of the units.
Parking is available in a privately owned lot next door for an additional $10/night. These spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact us as soon as you book if you need parking to reserve your space.
We utilize a key-less entry system, making check in seamless. We also provide trip planning assistance including recommendations on things to do, places to go and where to eat. If you have any questions or issues during your stay we have on-call staff available 24-7.
