Newly renovated 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home in Downtown Charleston is divided up into 5 units. Each unit has it's own private bath and either a full kitchen or convenience center. With each room having it's own entrance, this home is great for hosting a large group but allows the right amount of privacy when needed.
This is a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home that is split up into multiple units. Downstairs, you will find a studio with queen size bed, private bath and convenience center. The convenience center that is in most of the units has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishware, utensils and drink-ware. Also located on the first floor is the largest unit, a one bedroom with large living room with Murphy bed, queen size bed in the bedroom and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your basic cookware, dish-ware and utensils as well as a dining table that seats six. Beside the stairwell is the washer and dryer available for guest use as well as the thermostat that controls the downstairs temperature.
Up the stairs are the remaining three bedroom units. Unit C is a one bedroom studio with queen size bed, private bath and convenience center. Unit D is a one bedroom studio offering a queen bed, futon that is perfect for one additional guest, private bath and convenience center. The final unit is a 1 bedroom with king size bed in the bedroom. The bathroom has an antique claw foot tub/shower combination and the separate living area offers a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and convenience center.
All of the new furnishings are beautiful and functional and the beds are so comfortable. There are 6 flat screen TVs with cable. Each bedroom has a sound machine to help block out any regular city noise. We provide luxurious linens and towels for your stay.
This home has so many beautiful unique original features that make it the perfect choice for your group's trip to Charleston. There is original exposed brick throughout, beautiful original hardwood floors and several fireplaces throughout. You will have access to the double porches, outfitted with rocking chairs and a joggling board for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. The home was built in 1895 and does have the classic "Charleston lean" in some of the units.
We utilize a key-less entry system, making check in seamless. We also provide trip planning assistance including recommendations on things to do, places to go and where to eat. If you have any questions or issues during your stay we have on-call staff available 24-7.
