Enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean front views from this beautiful stilt 2Bd/2Ba vacation home located on a quiet col-de-sac in a secure gated community. Features a sprawling 56' full length concrete seawall! Perfect for boaters who need deep water and quick access to the ocean or gulf. Dock amenities include heavy duty dock posts, boat whips, cleats, swim ladder, fish cleaning table, outdoor shower, water hose and electric and may accommodate up to 2 boats depending on size.

We have two 26'' BEACH CRUISER BIKES to use

Upstairs on the second floor, go by steps or ELEVATOR to experience an over the top vacation experience. The main living area is surrounded by windows and sliding glass doors, designed to capture the best of views, from the sparkling turquoise blue Atlantic Ocean, color changing sunrise skies, to romantic moonlit starry nights. Living room features a large 55' flat screen television with DVD player, leather sleeper sofa and 2 comfortable chairs with ottomans. Dining room features a expandable table to seat 4 to 6, plus the island counter has 2 barstools for additional seating and is accessible to the covered porch with table and chair. Kitchen features full line of appliances and is open to the main living area so that you can enjoy spectacular ocean views while preparing your favorite island cuisine. Master bedroom king size bed with flat screen television/VCR, closet storage and a full size bathroom. Guest bedroom features 2 twins with standard television, closet storage, balcony with elevator access and hallway full size bathroom.

Soak up the sun relaxing by the dock or cool off under the covered open air patio on comfortable outdoor furniture that includes 3 lounge chairs, 2 chairs & small table, and a concrete table with benches. Additional amenities include BBQ Grill, Fishing pole holder, Washer, Dryer, Ceiling fans and Central air conditioning and heating, timed outdoor lighting and covered parking.

No Pets and No Smoking. Lobster season, Christmas and New Years require a 7 day minimum rental period and 5 day minimum rental period the rest of the time. A security deposit is required.

Beautifully appointed home. Everything you could possibly need in a furnished rental was right at your fingertips. Elevator was a must have due to family member in wheelchair, easy to operate and reliable.

Great View

This property was perfect for my mother and I. We enjoyed many mornings watching the sunrise on the deck overlooking the water. Even though there aren't many services directly on Cudjoe Key, the grocery store is a just quick 10 minute drive north and the Square Grouper restaurant is a block south. The owners welcomed us (by text) and asked to contact them if we needed anything. The staff at Venture Out were very friendly at check in and always said hello as we entered the resort. I would stay here again!

Picture perfect

For starters the place was immaculate which I usually find to mean the owner's take great pride in their beautiful home. Plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, etc. too.

It had all of the items listed and all were in great condition. The grill was perfect (gas) so no need to buy charcoal on your way down. Also, no need to buy coffee filters either. There were plenty extras and we ended up returning the ones we bought.

That view. We woke up every morning to see the sunrise and each one was beautiful. It was warm and the breeze was just right most of the time. One day was a bit windy so we headed to Key West (just 40 minutes south) which worked out great.

We were able to fish off the dock - perfect for my boyfriend - and he caught all kinds of marine life. It was perfect for him to fish all day while I relaxed on the chairs in the sun. WiFi worked well too which was ideal for listening to music or reading ebooks.

If we ever come back to the Keys, this is where we will stay. It was worth every penny.

We would recommend going to Kiki's Sand Bar & Grille for dinner some night. And if you have the time, drive back up to Marathon to Sunset Grille to take in the sunset while eating peel and eat shrimp.

Owner's were easy to work with, and the Waterfront Keys Rental place was also very easy and friendly to work with. Just a great experience all the way around!

Ahhhhhmazing!!!

This was our first trip to "The Keys" and it was everything we could have hoped for and more!! This home was amazing and was close enough to everything to allow you to experience everything you could possibly imagine!! It was well equipped and allows you to just relax and take it all In. Already searching for dates that we can return!! Will definitely be back!!

Perfect Keys Vacation Getaway

This is a great private community, very secure with 24/7 guard check-in. It is located off Overseas highway right at the 23 mile marker. The community is large, 69 acres with great facilities: very large pool, hot tub, tennis courts, 2 boat launches, ample overflow parking for vehicles and boats, a number of shower houses strategically scattered. The on-property convenience store is a definite plus. The property has a mixture of homes, RVs, and mobile homes. This home is very, very well maintained. Sitting right on the point is has a million dollar view, especially of the sunrise, made even better with large windows and sliding doors across the waterside, and by a second story deck and expansive decking on the sea wall. Every amenity is provided - you only need your clothes and food. A very nice grill, 3 bicycles, seating, and a picnic table make the waterfront experience perfect. There is ample private dock available for a boat, with a deep water channel leading down to the boat launches and then out to open water. The home is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The beds and furnisings are comfortable and clean. My husband especially enjoyed the big screen tv. There are a few little restaurants and bars within a few miles if you don't want to make the drive in to Key West. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend and return.

The Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary is widely regarded as on of the most spectacular reefs in the Florida Keys and just a 15 minute boat ride away. Henry Flagler’s railroad to Key West turned the remote island of Bahia Honda Key into a tropical destination. Today, the island is home to one of Florida’s southernmost state parks, known for beautiful beaches, magnificent sunsets and excellent snorkeling. To the west of Looe Key lies the wreck of Adolphus Busch, Sr., sunk in 110 feet of water in 1998. an artificial reef bursting with marine life. This wonderful activity brings you as close to the marine environment as you can get. Kayaking is a wonderful way to explore the Florida Keys back country and be one with the wildlife that call it home. Down on Sugarloaf Key beside the airport is this strange little brown building called the Bat Tower. The Hemingway House in Key West is a must for cat lovers. The Turtle Hospital in Marathon has daily tours of their facility. The Dolphin Research Center is in Marathon.
