Our condo is located in South Kihei on Maui's sunny South Shore, just one block from the World Famous Kamaole Beach I/Charley Young Beach for excellent swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and beach combing. Just three blocks from Cove Park Beach (think surfing and paddle boarding), and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, and shopping. Our unit is very convenient to all that Kihei has to offer. The complex features a recently renovated pool with a nice outdoor barbecue area and laundry facility. Our top floor unit is one of only ten 2-bedroom condos in the complex and is located in a quiet area that receives great trade wind breezes. Being on the top floor means no noise from tenants above! There is assigned, off street parking right below the unit.

The condo is very comfortable and inviting, with newer furnishings, new hardwood floor throughout and tasteful tropical decor. Each of the two bedrooms has its own air conditioning unit so that everyone can sleep in total comfort. The trade wind breezes will normally keep things cool but it’s nice to have the A/C for the nights when it’s just a little too warm to sleep.

The living area has plenty of room for relaxing with a large, comfortable couch and a comfortable chair. There is a small dining area inside and a larger table and chairs on your private lanai (balcony). We tend to dine on the lanai to enjoy the breeze and sun. There is also a roll down sun shade on the lanai if you want more shade or privacy.

The kitchen is modern with granite counter tops, new dishwasher, microwave, a gas stove, new toaster, new coffee maker, new dinnerware, and much more. We’ve supplied all the necessities for you to cook and dine in if you choose.

We have supplied the condo with everything you will need to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. There are a variety of items that you can take with you to the beach – boogie boards (large & small), cooler, umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, sand mats, skim and kick boards, beach towels, even a cart to use to roll things there!

Our condo is perfect for couples and families with a comfortable King bed in the master bedroom and a second bedroom with a queen bed. There is an inflatable twin bed and an inflatable youth bed.

You’ll be so busy having fun at the beaches or experiencing the Maui night life that you probably won’t have time for TV, but if you do, we have provided a new 50 inch LED HD 1080p flat screen along with a Blu-ray player. We have over 100 cable TV channels. There is an extra HDMI input if you’d like to bring your own Apple TV or Roku as well. There is also a stereo with CD player and an Auxiliary input for an iPod or mp3 player.

We love Maui and especially Kihei and decided to purchase this vacation condo as a way to own a little bit of paradise and share it with others with similar interests.

We chose this property because it is so close to so much. We can park the car and walk most everywhere we need to go. There are great beaches within close walking distance along with restaurants, grocery stores, and various local shops.

Clean, spacious, and awesome.

The place was everything you could want plus some. Firstly it was clean, quiet, and had all other fundamentals of a good property down. The bookshelf had bunch of children's books my son loved, and it also had travel guides to the island that was better than most websites. The little things - like small coolers and snorkeling gears for the guest usage was very thoughtful and we really appreciated them. We would definitely return here when we come back to Maui. Thank you!

Great locatiom

The best part about this place is the location. We're right next to the beach and many restaurants. We're also very close to a small flea market and a small farmers market. Everything is within walking distance. The condo is also fully stocked with everything a normal house would have. Our only complaint is that there were 5 of us staying for one week and they provided us with only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel. Perhaps this is a normal thing there.

Owner's Response: I’m so glad you enjoyed and stay and that the condo worked out well for you. We try to provide basics that you need when you arrive. Paper towel roll, toliet paper, dishwasher soap etc. we leave any leftovers from other guests also. Usually you do need to supplement so you have enough for your stay. Mahalo Linda

Nice condo with a slight ocean view in a convenient location

This condo was big enough for our family of 4. It even had extras like umbrellas and sand toys for our children to make sand castles with. The air conditioning in the rooms was good for naps and bedtime. For us, we would have liked air conditioning throughout since it was very hot while we were there and even the winds were warm. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and it was nice to have breakfast out on the lanai every day. Linda was easy to communicate with and she responded quickly to all questions and concerns. We had an ant problem while we were there and she was very apologetic and quick to reply with solutions and even compensated us for our troubles (condo was going to be sprayed after our departure, so hopefully that solved the problem). Restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and foodland were nearby, so we were able to walk to some places when we didn't want to drive. We didn't use the pool, but it looked quite refreshing. The beach across the street (charley young beach) was very nice (we went 3 times!) and convenient so we could just walk there. Thanks again Linda for sharing your condo with us! We look forward to visiting Maui again very soon!

We take pride in offering a comfortable and accommodating experience for our guests and in doing so, we are vigilant and make every effort to ensure pests are not present. However, being in a tropical region, occasionally, a small number get in. When this happens, we respond quickly to get the situation resolved. In the five years of renting our condo, this is only the second time we’ve had any type of pest problem.

Great location, nice sunset view, absolutely lovely condo

We stayed a week at kalama terrasse and we really enjoyed our stay.

The owner was really helpful, we needed to get a crib for the Baby and Linda was very nice and recommended a few rental companies.

The condo is very well equipped. It has Tupperware, spices, foil to cook, also beach toys, snorkeling set, beach chairs and cooler also!

We were surprised to find also kids book in the condo so there was no need to bring books/toys for the baby!

The condo also has a (small) ocean view but I have to say that we really enjoyed the sunset from the Lanai.

The condo was in good shape, the AC on both bedrooms work well, kept us cool at night.

The Lanai floor.when we got there was sticky, probably because of spray sunscreen from previous tenant, but the owner asked the housecleaner to come.back and she cleaned it again. We appreciated!

I would definitely recommend this condo, location is.perfect (The cove is right in front to go surfing / Charlie young beach is walking distance and perfect for kids), the owner is also very nice and the condo is comfortable and clean!
