Forest Creek town homes are located on Joaquin Road in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. Unit #35 is a luxury 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom home a
way from home. This is a townhome, nobody above you or below you. Just drive up to the front door and you are there! No long stairs up multi-levels, no lobby, no check-in. Walk right into a mudroom area with plenty of room for your shoes and jackets. A lockable ski locker is right outside the front door.
CHECK IN 4PM. CHECK OUT 10AM!
Please be sure to bring slippers or warm socks! We ask that all our guests leave their shoes in the mud room and wear only slippers or socks in the house! Thank you!

Sun pours into this south facing END unit nestled in a grove of pines and aspens. The balcony and private spa look out over trees and a meadow. The private hot tub is great for Winter!! (The spa is BEST with just two people!) The spacious (1200 sf), bright, and comfortable Condo is also adjacent to Sierra Star golf course.
Why stay in the Village when you can watch the snow fall through the trees from your private hot tub here? This is truly your home away from home. Relax and enjoy your cup of coffee on the couch while enjoying the sunshine with views of the tops of the Sherwin mountains.
The downstairs features two spacious master bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Both bedrooms feature mirrored closet doors with plenty of storage room. The back bedroom even has a leather club chair with side table and lamp for a cozy get-away space! And it has a back door to a small covered and very private patio. Both bedrooms have TVs.
A washing machine and dryer are tucked beneath the stairs.
The upstairs features a great room with beautiful leather furniture, a dining room table and a breakfast bar overlooking the large, sun-filled kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to cook gourmet meals. The upstairs also features a 1 and 3/4 bath so everyone can get out to hit the hiking trails or slopes at the same time.
Forest Creek is only steps to the shuttle to take you to the ski lifts. And the city-wide bike path is right behind the townhouse. The location could not possibly be more convenient or picturesque.
Do NOT plan on using the couch as a bed. It's not comfortable!

This unit has all you need for a comfortable stay in Mammoth Lakes. The two separate bedrooms have comfortable beds and each has its own bathroom. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need for most any kind of meal. The wireless internet allowed computer HDMI input to the TV to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube. It is easy to find with no inclines if the roads are snowy/icy. It is a short drive to the Eagle Lodge for skiing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean, comfy, cozy and loved the jacuzzi.
The 2 bedroom condo was great. The kitchen wasperfectly equipped, and the fireplace warmed up the entire house. The best part was jumping into the jacuzzi on the deck after a long day of skiing!
Great home and excellent rental experience from start to finish
This townhome was perfect for our family’s 1st trip to Mammoth Lakes. It is conveniently located less than a block away from the free shuttle that takes you to Eagle lodge. This was better than driving ourselves and dealing with parking. The townhouse itself is an end unit in a quiet complex. The back door opened directly to a trail which was perfect for our dog. The house itself was very clean and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was really good. The living room area is comfortable and inviting with an attractive wood burning stove that kept the whole upstairs super cozy! There’s plenty of seating around the big screen tv. With a table/chest that allowed us to play some board games as a family. The jacuzzi was great after a day of skiing and my teens appreciated the WiFi. The rental process was smooth and we had a great stay and our deposit was refunded right away. Overall, this is a great choice for 2 couples or a family and we certainly appreciated them being dog friendly so we could travel with our Hunter.

Fantastic and fun stay!
The house was perfect! Very cozy, heaters and fireplace work great. Only a few minute drive to ski slopes and the village or just a walk down the street to hop on a shuttle anywhere you’d like to go! People in the area are the nicest I’ve ever encountered. Perfect place to stay, definitely want to come back next year!

Comfortable, clean and just what we needed@
This townhouse is roomy, well equipped, comfortable, you can walk to town, there's a great view of a meadow and it was just what we needed. 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. Very nice.
We recently stayed at this condo with another couple. While the condo was adequate, there is quite a bit of room for improvement. We stayed in the front bedroom and there is absolutely no way of opening the window (stuck shut and has no screen), nor is there a window in the bathroom so getting any fresh air is literally impossible, and a potential safety hazard. The TV in that room doesn't work at all; I had to use my ipad to watch TV at night. Lastly, and my biggest complaint is that I accidentally left ONE pair of prescription eye glasses there and when I inquired about them the owner told me that TWO pair were found and that I could send $20 for their return to me. My friend had 2 pair of cheapy cheaters with her so when I asked the owner for a pic to make sure 1 of the pair were mine she told me that it was a big hassle. Why would I send $20 if they weren't mine? So, word to the wise; don't leave anything behind if you don't want to have to pay a ransom to get the item back. I personally think that is just bad business. If I had a rental I would just eat the small shipping fee and mail the item back to the person, as a matter of doing GOOD BUSINESS.
Guess Lisa really needs those glasses. I was able to see screen on front bedroom window. The minute I read her review I reached out to condo manager who lives 3 doors down. Window unstuck in 20 seconds. Please always reach out to me if you have a problem. They can usually be resolved quickly.
So sorry about tv. SuddenLink coming next Wednesday to fix. No one else had reached out or complained, so I didn't know it was broken. I told Lisa I was coming to condo 8/7/17 and would email pictures of glasses then. Haven't heard back. I wish her good luck at her next Rental.
