Your stay in Paris will be a dream come true in this amazing and large luxury apartment on the 4th floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower, on a stately street close to the Trocadéro and Arc de Triomphe, and just a short walk from the Champs Elysées. This is an ideal location to see the sights, go shopping, and explore all that Paris has to offer. The neighborhood is very safe, and it is close to numerous excellent restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, outdoor market, wine shops, pharmacies, etc. Walking distance to many museums, including Place du Trocadéro, Musée d'Art Moderne, Musée Guimet, Musée du Quai Branly, Grand Palais. You can walk to the Bateaux Mouches on the Seine or take a quick bus ride to Monet Marmottan or Musée d'Orsay, or take a metro ride to Sacré Coeur, the Louvre, Musée Bourdelle, Musée Carnavalet, the Catacombes, and of course Notre Dame.

The apartment is a 3-minute walk from two Metro stops (Boissiere and Trocadéro), and it is a 2-minute walk from four different bus lines that can bring you to many other locations in Paris. Transportation to/from the apartment could hardly be more convenient.

The apartment itself is within an elegant 19th-century building that includes one apartment on each of 6 floors, served by a charming elevator. The apartment covers 125 m2 (1350 square feet), and it includes three separate bedrooms - one very large MBR with en-suite modern MBA, and two additional large bedrooms that share a powder room/toilet and a modern bathroom with a soaking tub and two sinks. It also has a spacious dining room area that seats eight, along with a gorgeous living/sitting area. The decor is stunning, with beautiful furniture, all modern conveniences, and multiple balconies looking onto the top third of the Eiffel tower. The eat-in kitchen has a table that seats four people and is loaded with modern appliances (all purchased in 2012), including gas oven and burners, a refrigerator, microwave, and washer/dryer. All linens and bedding are new, including luxury hotel 100% cotton sheets and organic cotton towels, so your stay will be comfortable in all respects.

Wonderful apartment for family stay

A family of four, we have now stayed here twice, on both occasions in August. It is an excellent apartment, perfectly situated and smartly furnished, with period furniture in the living room and bedrooms (and very comfy beds!) but smart modern bathrooms and kitchen. Shutters keep it dark and cool at night (good for small children) and it is perfectly quiet despite its central location. The view of the top section of the Eiffel Tower is lovely, particularly when it is lit at night. Dealing with Marc is easy and pleasant, and the welcome at the apartment warm. Having driven to Paris, it was also very convenient that a good underground car park is located virtually opposite the apartment - it was like having a private garage. We hope to return again!

Beautiful, Great Location and Comfortable

This apartment was just perfect for our family. It was in a prime location, beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we needed. The owner was easy to work with and extremely helpful. We felt like we lived in Paris for a week instead of just visiting it!

A perfect holiday in a wonderful apartment!

It's hard to know where to start when describing this wonderful apartment! The location can't be beat with access to cafes, restaurants and patisseries right at your doorstep, the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe a short walk away, and metro and bus stops minutes from the door. The apartment itself was elegant, tastefully decorated, spacious, comfortable and had every amenity we could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable and bedding was hotel quality.The highlight for our stay was the sun filled breakfasts of croissants with the balcony doors open and the sights and sounds of Paris filling the space. The apartment was so wonderful it was the perfect place to relax during a day when we needed short breaks from sight seeing. Marc ensured the booking process was seamless with timely communication and all the information we needed for our stay well in advance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a luxury getaway where you feel like a true Parisian!

Thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and neighborhood.

The apartment was perfect for 5 adults exploring Paris. It was very comfortable and spacious and a nice retreat to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment is a blend of historic architecture and modern conveniences. We enjoyed our view of the Eiffel Tower and being in a neighborhood so close to many sites and transportation. Marc was very responsive to our questions and getting into the apartment went seamlessly. If you are there on a Wed or Sat, don't miss the nearby open market Marche Ave du President Wilson.

Apartment, location, and contact with the owner were excellent

We enjoyed everything about the apartment. It was located a block and half from the Trocadéro. The Trocadéro is one of the best spots to view the Eiffel Tower in the evening. A ten-minute walk in the other direction on Kleber is the Arc de Triomphe. From there one can stroll down the Champs-Élysées.

Trocadéro is an excellent metro stop because two lines intersect there. We typically waited 2 minutes or less for the next train. Occasionally we had to wait 3 or 4 minutes. We found the free app, “Paris Metro”, is be useful for identifying the endpoints of the lines we wanted catch. We also used “CityMaps2Go” app, also free. A plus about the city maps is that the map is downloaded on your cell phone so you don’t have to rely on a cellular download to update a google map.

On Ave Kleber there are many restaurants. Marc will provide a useful list of recommended restaurants. We found his recommendations excellent. Across the street is a patisserie where we bought baguettes most mornings. They open at 7:00 and it was a treat to get a warm baguette to start the day. The only day the bakery was not open was Saturday.

There were several grocery stores within a block or two of the apartment. Very convenient.

On Weds and Saturday there is an open air market on Avenue Président Wilson. Walk down Longchamp and you will arrive at the start of the market.

From the master bedroom, living room and dining room windows you can view the Eiffel Tower. On the hour the tower lights blink for 5 minutes.

Marc was very responsive to our email questions. Our family was highly impressed with everything about the apartment. It met the needs of my wife, and three girls. I enthusiastically recommend it.
