This 4 bedroom 2 and a half bath townhome with garage is in the gated, low density complex of Regency Cabanas. (Please check out our other property #831902, if your dates are unavailable)

The beach is just steps from the front door, while the first pool is right off the back patio. Living and kitchen area as well as the master bedroom look out over the pool. Just across the parking area is the beach access, so you are steps from the water. Garage is already equipped with beach and lounge chairs and the covered patio has a gas grill.

All the adult beds are new Serta IComfort Cool Gel mattresses, so don't worry about lumpy cheap mattresses here!

Bedrooms are as follows:

Upstairs Master has King and a daybed with trundle, Upstairs Bedroom Two has a king,

Upstairs Bedroom Three has two bunkbeds and a trundle for a total of 5 twins,

Downstairs Bedroom Four is a small bedroom with a full size (also IComfort).

All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. Three bedrooms are on the second level, away from the living area. Living Room has a 42' TV with Blue-Ray player. Wireless internet and Cable is included.

This is our home away from home too, so the kitchen has been well equipped with all the conveniences you would expect. Ample dishes and bakeware, blender and Kuerig included.

This home is located on the quiet residential end, so you won't have to fight the crowds on the beach. The trolly also stops just outside the complex, so during the summer, you can park the car and ride to the Boardwalk, shopping or dining areas.

Summer rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time after 3:00 p.m. and a check out time of 10:00 a.m. I will email a rental agreement to you, please fill it out and email or fax back. (985-200-2297 fax).

This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS unit. Rental age requirement is 25.

Just to let you know we had a great time, the house was everything you said it would be. Very clean and well maintained, the beds were great to sleep on. My wife is quite particular when it comes to sleeping so the comfort of the bed was a real plus. Plenty of room for our whole family and the beach access was great, along with the white sand. Pretty much had the beach to ourselves which was great for the kids. Would recommend your house to anyone.

Lovely place, great owner, need new caretakers.

First off Christina was fantastic! She found out that the parking lot was going to be redone while we were there and it wasn't suppose to be done until Dec. so she went ahead and gave us a refund for the inconvenience!

However, the thing that makes me only give 4 stars instead of 5 is the downstairs bedroom sheets. They were white....once upon a time. They had yellow stains on the pillow cases and on the actual sheets. I couldn't tell if that was from overtime use and they were permanently stained or that the cleaning people didn't wash them. Unfortunately, my husband and I only got to stay one night instead of the full time like the rest of the family so I only had to sleep with those sheets one night. I would suggest replacing them if they are permanently stained. There were some cleanliness issues; like the downstairs bathroom only having enough soap for 1 day, the windows hadn't been washed in what looked like months, and there were game box pieces that had been thrown around the room. I would suggest getting a new cleaning crew because they either didn't really come before we got there or....

Now, there were dirty dishes in the cupboard but I could see people that had been there before doing that to get out of cleaning charges so really can't say that's the cleaning people's fault. One other thing that might want looked into is whoever installed the master bath shower put the door in backwards. Instead of the lip being on the outside so it pushing the water back into the shower it's on the inside so the water pours out onto the bathroom floor. Also, the upstairs hallway bathroom door doesn't lock.

It was a great stay so close to the beach and having the deck on the back leading to the pool and pond with the ducks and geese was a great plus! I would get new caretakers...but I would be willing to stay again!

Beautiful

Property is very safe, very well kept, and very personal. Anything you need for groceries or shopping is close. Accommodated everyone’s needs of my 11 guests that stayed. We enjoyed the view. The beach is right next our building and there was many different places to access it. Our wether was cooler than expected so we couldn’t enjoy the pools but they were clean and free of debris as well. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Made everyone feel at home and comfortable. Would recommend this property to everyone and will be looking for it in the future.

Great property!

We had a wonderful stay. Home was very clean and spacious. Neighborhood was quiet and far enough from the main strip to avoid the crowds and noise but close enough to not be inconvenienced by a long drive to gas and shops. The deck overlooking pond was great for relaxing. The kids especially liked feeding the ducks off the back deck. Pool is steps away and the beach is just behind the complex. Very convenient since we had small children and didn't have to cross any roads or walk very far to get there. Since we weren't in the busy part of town the beach wasn't overcrowded. That was nice especially on Labor Day weekend. Owners were fantastic and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay.. July 2017

Our family stayed in this condo last week and absolutely loved it. Christina was so easy to work with and stayed in contact with us from booking through our checkout day. I loved the extras they provided such as basic household items (1 roll of paper towels, full roll of tissue paper in each bathroom, and several trash bags, kitchen detergents for both the sink and dishwasher as well as hand soaps for the bathrooms). There were also salt, pepper and a few basic spices in the cabinet. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and a gas grill with spare propane tank was provided. The garage has plenty of beach items. There were about 8-10 beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, a wagon, and some pool floaties as well. There was a water hydrant outside the garage to wash off the sand then we could kick off our shoes in the garage before going inside. The beds were super comfortable and all of the rooms are much larger than the pictures. The home is located just steps away from to the pool and the beach was a very short walk down the sidewalk and across the walkway to the beautiful sand and water. Our grandsons also loved feeding the ducks which would walk right up to the deck. . On a side note, it was very warm in the home when we got there but nothing to worry about as it cooled down very quickly and stayed plenty cool the entire time. This is located farther down on more of the residential end of the beach and we had no problem with the beach being over crowded. The only thing this home is lacking is the view from the balcony of the water but like I said it was a super short walk and we had no problem with it even with our 3 year old grandsons. There were plenty of bath towels for our group on 9 (I believe there were 15 of everything). I would recommend a few more kitchen towels and cloths as there was only 1 or 2 of each and a few more containers for left overs. All in all, we loved the condo and would recommend it to other families. Also, I highly recommend attending the BANDS ON THE BEACH on Tuesday night at the main beach pavilion during the summer months when they are performing. Also once you cross the bridge there are no major stores to purchase groceries and on check-in day the bridge if really backed up so I would at least take enough with you on the way in for meals that day so you do not have to go back until later that night or the next day.
