The cottage is about 3 blocks from Montauk's premiere surfing beach. Enjoy this beautiful and tranquil 4 bedrooms, 2 bath cottage. The cottage features wide knotty pine plank floors, a wood burning fireplace, 1 queen bedroom, 1 full bedroom, 1 Bedroom with twin bunk beds and a queen bedroom suite with separate sitting area and private bath. On the end of a cul-de-sac this beautiful planted grounds provides privacy. There is a new Weber gas grill, outdoor shower, beach bicycles, and more. EH Reg. 16-1946

Great house to get away from it all, at the end of a cul de sac, 1/4 mile from the beach, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, beautiful grounds, tasteful decor.

Loved our Time in Montauk!

Perfect house for our family, which included a newborn, 5 adults, and a golden retriever. Great location as it's very secluded on a dead end street surrounded by trees in the very desirable Ditch Plains neighborhood and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. House had all the necessary amenities we would need including sheets, towels, WiFi, Cable, washer/dryer etc. and impressed by the quality. Needing to access the downstairs bedroom from outside was not a big deal at all, although we would not recommend it for young children. If you are looking for brand new, high end accommodations, this houses isn't for you, nor are they common for Montauk.

Our golden retriever loved spending time in the big yard and swimming in the ocean and thrilled we were able to bring her along. Grilled out about every night and watched the sunset from the deck.

The owner, Chris, was far from intrusive as another review mentioned, but did check in with us once to ensure there were no problems with our stay and was responsive over emails to a few minor questions we had. Definitely would rent again if we make it back to Montauk.

Heaven in Montauk

We loved this house. We loved everything from the beautiful white washed bedrooms to the wide open living area to wonderful porch set up. Chris was an awesome host who gave us numerous dining recommendations. The house also comes equipped with beach cruisers so you can easily ride to the beach. On top of everything, we were routinely greeted with deer in the front yard feasting on fallen apples from the plentiful apple trees in the front yard.

We loved the private setting of the house--wonderful breezes on the decks and a new sun umbrella arrived just in time for our stay. The interior was perfectly suited for us -- extremely clean and lots of light. The central air conditioning was a big plus, even though we had an amazing week of weather. The owner, Chris, was very responsive to our requests.

Perfect Getaway To Start The Summer !!

I had the recent privalage of being invited by a friend, to spend three days at this wonderful house in Ditch Plains. The driveway & yard are well landscaped, the decor very tasteful , comfortable bed and has all the anemities you would want; wifi, cable, Apple TV, candles, fireplace & my favorite, the outside shower! I love the house & would hope to visit again in the future.

Cancellation Policy: Upon cancellation you will be responsible for 10% Rental Cost as as service fee plus any difference in the rental revenue from re-renting the rental period being cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, we make an effort to re-rent the property. The greater the notice, the more likely the loss will be limited to the 10% service fee. It is highly recommended that Travel Insurance from Travel Guard or Allianz be considered to protect against unavoidable cancellations.
