Newly restored and decorated by mid-century expert Regina O’Brien from Los Angeles, the house is furnished as it would be in 1958. Stepping back in time with original 1950’s decorating, all in excellent condition, including the light fixtures, silverware and all decorative accessories. As if the house weren’t perfect enough, the previous owner is a noted landscape architect who poured his soul into the landscaping.
