2837 Ocean Front Walk is a spacious four bedroom, three bathroom 2,400 sq. ft. standalone home in the beautiful South Mission Beach neighborhood. The large ground floor patio is connected to the boardwalk and right across you’ll find sand and surf. The patio is equipped with a gas BBQ grill ready to prepare the cookout; the chef in your group will love tending to the catch while looking out to sea and the boardwalk passersby. A dining table, umbrella and chairs make outdoor living very comfortable. The first floor is an open plan with lots of natural light coming in from the large living room ocean view windows plus skylights over the dining area. The kitchen is finished nicely with granite counter tops and ample storage. The high end Viking stove will make preparing meals a dream, the large refrigerator will hold all of your beach side refreshments, and the dishwasher will make clean-up a snap. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed, and is located next to the first floor bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second floor hosts the master bedroom, a peaceful retreat with a grand ocean view. This large room has a king bed facing out to sea, the lower sections of the windows slide open to let the cool Pacific breeze and ocean sounds lull you to sleep. The guest room on the second floor has a queen bed and cozy sitting area. Children will love the bunk room as a way to get together and discuss the day’s adventures; this room includes two sets of triple twin bunks and one full Murphy bed. The second floor hall bath has a large tub/shower combination with his and hers sinks. This property is doggie friendly however, we will need to know the specific breed you would like to vacation with and a non-refundable deposit will apply.
Parking in this area is extremely limited however 2837 Ocean Front Walk has a two car, side by side garage.THE DIMENSIONS OF THE GARAGE ARE APPROXIMATELY 6’6” H X 14’6” W X 16’6” L. Please be certain your vehicle/s will fit within these dimensions as SDVR will not be responsible for finding alternate parking accommodations.
