Welcome to Waikoloa Fairways - Join us in thinking that Waikoloa Fairways is the best place to stay on the Big Island - enjoy the quiet surroundings in this premier gated community. WE ARE LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF WAIKOLOA (not the Beach Resort Area), but we're only a 10 minute drive from favorite Hapuna & A-Bay beaches.

Waiting you is a large unit with private lanais, from which you can enjoy watching golfers pass by on the world-class Waikoloa Village Golf Course, discounts are available to renters. This island home has recently undergone a refresh of the décor, some furnishings and some fixtures.

Master bath has double vanity bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Convenient parking just outside your door. The private and large lanai has a wet bar and lounge furniture, perfect for relaxing after your golf game or sightseeing. This vacation spot will easily be your home away from home.\par\par

The complex has a large clean, swimming pool, spa, and BBQ area with plenty of lounge chairs, both in the sun or the shade. Beautiful, well maintained tropical landscaping. A friendly group of owners and tenants; you will soon feel a part of this community. Tennis courts nearby.

Gorgeous, ocean view, spacious, single level, with private wrap-around lanai, situated on a golf course.

There is a 3 night minimum stay/10 during & Christmas season.

Aloha and welcome to the Big Island. We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 170 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.

Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.

Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009. Building is solid, and no noise from upper floor!

The building of this vacation rental, also shown on the picture on the score card of Waikoloa Village GC as the best scene of this area (may be), is very solid, and we cannot hear any noise of the upper floor.

On the other hand you may have to close ventiration windows of bed rooms at the night time, since Nene (Hawaiian goose) living in the golf course sometimes sings late at night.

Security is very good, since there is a rocked gate at the territory entrance, and that car number has to be informed to the onsite manager upon the arrival.

Over all, it it very good vacation rental.

P.S. It is sad that "Waikoloa Fairways" (where this unit is located) and "The Fairway Villas" at the Waikoloa Beach resort area are often regarded as the same, though those two are different entirely.

This spacious and welcoming condo was well appointed, very comfortable and was immaculate. It was relaxing in the mornings and we enjoyed the sunsets in the evenings. Golfer's paradise. Only little negative, 6 miles from the nearest beach, but worth the drive. Great supermarket nearby with excellent selection.
