You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- The maximum capacity for the Dahlia house is 43 people. Under no circumstances are more than 43 people allowed on the property at any time.
- The pool is typically open May-November, depending on the weather. Optional Heating Fee is $400. Fireworks are NOT permitted.
- Quiet Hours from 11pm to 8am are strictly enforced. Please reference Rental Agreement for all other House Rules. Thank you!

My wife and I purchased our first property in SW Michigan's Harbor Country in 2008. Initially, it was our getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life in Chicago. After some time passed, we decided to open our home to renters. In 2010, we began purchasing, remodeling, and furnishing homes to create a portfolio of exceptional vacation rentals. We currently own and manage 5 luxury vacation rentals though our company, Dwell Vacations. In 2015, we became full-time residents in this beautiful area. We look forward to having you stay with us! When you inquire about one of our rental homes, you'll likely get a response from our, Director of Guest Experience, Penny Duff. We work closely with Penny to discuss unique inquiries, guest requests and questions, special event details, and everything else that goes into managing our high-end vacation rental homes to ensure that we're providing the best possible experience for our guests. Thanks to our amazing cleaning crew, clean homes are our specialty. Dwell Vacations is now committed to going above and beyond the already-exceptional level of cleanliness in all of our homes. We recently expanded our cleaning procedures following the CDC protocol to ensure that we consistently provide our guests with clean, healthy homes. The health of our guests is of utmost importance to us and we will do everything that we can to ensure safe, comfortable, and pleasant stays at our properties.
