We’re in love with Portland and especially with Nob Hill (Alphabetical District). It has so many things to offer and is conveniently located to other famous neighborhoods (Pearl District, Downtown, etc.).

Great neighborhood location

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. Highly recommend staying in this neighborhood. Great restaurants and easy access to downtown by public transportation. Apt had everything we needed to make quick breakfasts to start our busy days. Highly recommend going to Cannon Beach and other coastal cities while you visit

Needs a little TLC

First let me start with the positive, the owner was very easy to work with I had some confusion on the booking end of this home and he took care of it no problem. The location of this property was also fantastic.

On the flip side, although the location was great parking is a mess!!! This of course is not the owners fault and he will explain some details but there was still much confusion. We had to stop locals on the street and google the procedure! Also good luck finding a spot close, not fun after a long day of driving and having to think about hauling lagguge down the street!

The house was ok, although everything looked clean to the eye did u ever have that feeling that it just wasn't. The bathroom needs ALOT of of work!!! Not only in its appearance but OMG the smell! Please change the shower curtain! After that just small details, no shelf to put tolitries, the kitchen table was broken etc. Last but not least more information on the area would have been really helpful, there was a one page information sheet but I am used to a booklet of information. Again locals on the street and google helped.

Just a few details could make this stay amazing it wouldn't take much the area sells itself.

Ideal location to explore Portland

I needed a place to stay before launching my Pacific NW National Parks adventure and this property was perfect. I thought the location was ideal, everything was in walking distance. Great breakfast place down the block, Lovejoy's which I went to both days, exceptional! Walked to Powell books which was reminiscent of bookstore in pre Amazon days, perfect. The apartment was clean, quiet, private and comfortable. Hoping to be back to Portland and will stay there again to explore the multitude of restaurants and bars.

Great property in excellent location

We stayed here for 2 nights - actually in the apartment upstairs which is very similar. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable.The location is great, just a walk around the corner to 23rd street...really buzzy part of town with great cafes , restaurants and shopping. Public transport back to the airport very easy from here. We had a great time and would definitely love to stay again.

Perfect weekend in Portland

We had the pleasure of staying in two of the apartments, units 1 and 2 for 4 days in February. The apartment is in a great, very walkable neighborhood. We only rented a car for one day to go to the beach, and use public transportation to get around the city, from the airport, and to and from the apartment. The location is great, very close to a vast park with great trails, and right in the heart of the NW 23rd Ave shops and restaurants.

The apartments were clean and comfortable. The laundry in the basement was a great bonus, and the kitchens were stocked enough to allow us to prepare quick snacks and easy meals. The beds and couches were comfortable and relaxing. Nothing of concern to note at all. Thanks Vlad!
