Property description

This 1100 sq. foot house easily sleeps 10 people. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with an adjoining Jack and Jill style bath. Bedroom one contains a queen size bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 4 built in bunks-perfect for young adults. A private bedroom with a queen bed, bunk bed and full bath downstairs provides easy access or just a quiet get-away.

The spacious and sun filled living/dining area provides a view of the Gulf. The open kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 4 , and additional seating for 6 at the dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feed your group. The living area is the perfect place for the family to gather. There is a futon for extra sleeping and you will be entertained with Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD, books and games.

Take the family outside to the covered extended deck and relax with the Gulf breeze and view. Relax even more downstairs with your own, private pool. The pool is perfect for kids and adults as it is 3.5 feet deep across and has a bench around the perimeter. You can sit by the pool under your palapa covered table or lounge on the 1,000 square foot deck. Stay outside for dinner and use the bar b q grill downstairs.

The community of Sea Isle offers a lighted fishing pier, community pool, tennis courts, children's playground, boat launch, marina, convenience store, The SandBar and the West End Restaurant. Sea Isle is an ideal location for bay or surf fishing. Bird watching, like fishing, is an activity that can be enjoyed all year long.

About the owner: We have been spending weekends and holidays at our family-owned Sea Isle home since 1995. In 2005, Dan and I decided to purchase our own home in Sea Isle and are so glad we did! We love it here and now that we are retired, we have become permanent residents. We are ready to make your vacation one to remember.

Why the Owner Chose Galveston, TX, USA:
We had been to Margarataville when friends were renting it from the previous owner and really enjoyed it. The pool is awesome and provides all day fun! When the bedroom was added downstairs it made it even more attractive. So, when it came on the market, we knew we wanted to purchase the house.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
The location, just 2 blocks from the beach, and the pool make Margaritaville a special place to stay. With the adjoining lot, it allows children and families a great place to play outdoors. In addition, being a part of the Sea Isle community provides limitless activities for everyone!
