Ask a questionAbout Debbie and John Lumsden
John is an avid outdoorsman from Scotland and Debbie is a native of Montana. We found this little gem nestled between the Tobacco Root and the Highland Mountains and decided to make our home here. This is a new build and our hope is you have a fabulous stay with us. We are still doing upgrades on landscaping but don't anticipate it will impact your visit.
Debbie and John Lumsden purchased this Cabin in 2008
Why Debbie and John Lumsden chose Silver Star
John's mom ran her own bed and breakfast in the Highlands of Scotland and Debbie's uncle owned the local country store in Silver Star. From the first time we saw this property we knew it could be a wonderful place to share with our family and friends coming to Montana.
What makes this Cabin unique
The view of the mountains and valley are spectacular. We are known as having one of "The Best Views" of our valley. Everything is here: the mountains, the river, the light. No one day is ever the same. We are also located 400 yds from the Fly Fishing Access at Silver Star. Because of our location outdoor activities are boundless. Hunting season is coming up. We are in the perfect location for you. Grouse, pheasant, antelope, deer, elk. etc. Spend a day out on your hunt and come back to your cabin for a good nights rest, ready to start the day again.
