This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern Residence COPACABANA, located 231 Promenade des Anglais. It can easily accommodate 4/6 guests, having 2 large bedrooms and 2 bath-shower rooms. In perfect conditions, with luxury amenities, ideally for excellent vacations! Terrace facing the beach, one bedroom also facing the beach, excellent location! Beautiful flat with an amazing view. Close to markets.

Richard welcomed us to Nice in such a pleasant manor. The flat is very spacious. Five of us fit comfortably. There was a fantastic place down the street to buy fresh warm baguettes that was right next to a corner market.

The beach was fanstastic and warm! We recommend buying a pad to sit in and a raft to float.

The bus system was difficult to navigate. The bus will take you to yes city center which is a ways away...45 minute walk. We would definately stay again!

Great apartment, amazing views

My two friends and I had a fantastic stay here, the apartment was actually even better than it looked in the photos and the views were absolutely amazing! Richard was friendly and accommodating and we felt very welcome.

We hired a car so we could travel around a bit during our stay and parking for the property was very easy. Although there is no free parking at the property itself, you can park at the Radisson Hotel which is within a minutes’ walk and costs about 30 euros a day and much less if you intend to be out most of the time. If you do not intend to travel during your stay there is certainly no need for a hire car as the apartment is about a five minute drive from the airport.

The apartment was very well equipped and would be fine for anyone looking to cater for themselves, however I would recommend the breakfast at the beach front restaurant opposite at least once during your stay (we had it every day). All in all it was a great trip and a great apartment which I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Perfect Location and Amenities

We had a lovely stay at this apartment overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The views were spectacular from the living room and Master bedroom. Plenty of room for 6 of us comfortable sleeping arrangements and nice kitchen stocked with all needs for preparing meals on your vacation. We highly recommend this rental and will come back again some day.

Stunning location on Nice waterfront

This apartment on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice has a stunning location overlooking one of the main swimming beaches on the gorgeous Côte d'Azur.

The property manager Richard Stornello was prompt and efficient in his communications and met us at the apartment within five minutes of our arrival.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the fifth floor of the secure Copacabana building was accessed by a small lift big enough for three people and luggage.

The first impressions of the apartment were excellent. A spacious, well-furnished, sun-filled apartment with a dazzling view of the sea.

The living area and main bedroom had full length sliding glass doors which opened onto a sea-facing balcony along the whole length of the apartment.

The property was immaculately clean with brand new towels and sheets. The kitchen was well-equipped with a gas oven, microwave, dishwasher and a generous supply of cooking utensils, glassware, cutlery and crockery. Next to the kitchen was a small separate laundry with a very good washing machine.

The apartment had three portable air conditioners which cooled the place adequately despite the heat.

The two tiled bathrooms had a bath, shower, toilet and bidet in each. The hot water supply was excellent. There were plenty of mirrors and great lighting throughout the whole place.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept exceptionally well.

We spent most of the day immersed in the warm sea water a one-minute walk across the road from the apartment. In the evenings we strolled along the famous promenade or caught a public bus from the nearby bus stop to the old town where there were literally hundreds of excellent restaurants.

There were a couple of good supermarkets, patisseries, and fruit and wine shops within a block or two of the apartment where we stocked up on provisions so we could enjoy breakfast and lunch on own balcony with one of the best views on the whole beach.

The airport was only short cab or bus ride away so we could swim and sunbathe to the last minute.

Richard returned at the end of our stay to refund our deposit in full. He was charming and helpful.

I would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again or others that he manages.

Good location, Issue with owner over deposit

We enjoyed a holiday to Nice in June. the condo location was perfect, far enough away from Old Town so there beaches were not overwhelming crowded with people, but right on the bus route and close enough to be there in a few minutes. there were two conveniently located grocery marts close by to the condo.

The condo itself was nice, there was a lot of clutter from items stacked in closets an drown in cabinets though. only major issue was that the floors were filthy, black all over feet if you walked on floors for a few minutes.

my MAJOR issue is that the owner is yet to refund us our entire "security deposit". We paid a deposit via paypal at the owners request and at the end he only refunded part of the deposit, and charged us his Paypal convenience fee. It is not the money amount, just the principal,... We should not have to pay the owners fees associated with Paypal when that is the only method he accepted for a "deposit".

would return if we get the balance of our security deposit.
