Fantastic apartment close to everything!

This beautiful apartment is very close to the convention center, ballpark, downtown. The owner is nice and available. There is a small supermarket almost around the corner and a big one only 6 blocks away.

Location, Location, Location

The location was excellent. The Convention Center is walking distance through the Gaslamp. On the other side of the convention center, there is the harbor, seaport village, and a ferry to Coronado Island. There is a nice outlet grocery store a stones throw away that has discount groceries and wine. About a hundred restaurants within walking distance. Public Transportation, including bus and trolley, are easy walking distance with lots of options to get anywhere with a $5 day pass. If you like to rent a car, there is an Enterprise one block north of the property, and off street parking is unbeatable when there is a Padres game at Petco Park - just a few blocks south. It is far enough away from the Gaslamp that it is a nice place to live, but close enough to be in on as much of that action as you like. It is a great value and well worth consideration for a great time in San Diego - my new favorite city.
