My husband and I are both Aggies and so far all of our children are following in our steps. My family has enjoyed growing up right across the street from Texas A&M. Gradually becoming empty-nesters, we find ourselves participating in various game day activities with our own Aggies and not at home. Our family has such a sense of Aggie Spirit and hope that our home can extend that to you and your family.

Our home was designed by the Dean of Architecture for the Dean of Aerospace Engineering during World War II. Our historic home centrally located in the heart of the Aggie atmosphere has brought many wonderful memories to our family. Even with all the new college housing popping up daily we would not trade our location or atmosphere for anything.
This group of family and friends were especially nice! Many were Alabama fans and they could not have been nicer! We have loved meeting so many new friends in the SEC! We hope this group reserves another weekend soon!
Our group rented this house for the Alabama football weekend. The location is very good, house is fine, and the pool is really nice. The owner, however, was very challenging to deal with, and I would personally recommend looking elsewhere for a rental – life is too short to deal with people like this. If you do rent this house, I would advise you to expect that he will find a reason to keep the deposit that you put down, regardless of whether any damage was done to the house or property. As an example, he’ll deduct significant dollars from the security deposit if you don’t remove all trash from the premises (in addition to a substantial cleaning fee that we had paid). When we initially saw this in the contract, we figured that there must be a dumpster next door or across the street – not so. How is someone from out of town supposed to take trash away – Uber for trash bags? Renter beware!
Our group rented this house for the Rice football weekend. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Kyle Field. You can hear the pre-game excitement from the front yard! On Saturday afternoon, we tailgated in the beautiful backyard until about one hour before kick-off and then everyone walked over to the game. The backyard is amazing with a sparkling pool, awesome outdoor kitchen and lots of outdoor seating. There is plenty of parking in the long driveway. Inside, the house has everything you could possibly want and is set up perfectly for entertaining family and friends with plenty of living areas where everyone can visit and relax. The fully equipped kitchen is especially nice and the owners allow guests full use of the fridge/freezer which is great since food is the primary attraction at the tailgate. The owners were great to work with! We'll be renting again soon.
Our family (5 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3 to 17) rented this house for the Lamar game weekend and we absolutely loved it. The location was great for those of us going to the game, and the backyard oasis made it easy/fun for those who stayed behind with the smaller kids. The house has everything you could want, plenty of living areas where everyone can visit and relax, comfortable beds, and the owners were great. Great house, great experience!
We rented this home for TAMU graduation weekend. We had family in for a cookout and get-together as well as our son's friends who were still in College Station. Great property for entertaining. The outdoor area was spacious, comfortable, well-maintained and the pool was perfect on a hot day. Owner was very easy to work with and friendly. Very close to Reed Arena, Kyle Field, grocery stores, etc. You could actually walk to Kyle Field for a football game....it would be hike but could be done.
Our family rented this amazing home for Texas A&M vs. Alabama. The best thing about this property is the amazingly spacious backyard with a pool, bar, and bbq. We spent 80% of our time outside despite the heat and when our friends learned we had a pool....they sure wished they’d come to the house vs. the game in the 100 degree weather. The home is walking distance to Kyle Field. Tons of parking, all the amenities you could want, comfy beds, lots of TVs, great stereo inside and out. Our family had a great time here and will be back!
Kyle Field is a stone's throw away. Walk to games and tailgates in less than 5 minutes.
