Panoramic views of all three ski resorts! This 4 bedroom plus office with 2 single beds, three and a half bath, high-end, luxury home has everything you dream of for a mountain vacation. Olympic medalist, Lindsey Vonn, built this home in 2000 to have easy access to the training facilities at the Olympic park and the ski mountains surrounding Park City.

Boasting 2 master suites this house is perfect for friends and family to enjoy time together with plenty of space. With large bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, 2 fire places, bbq grill, hot tub, and views from every room, you will not want to leave.

We are 6 minutes from canyons resort and 15 minutes from park city and deer valley ski resorts. 5 minutes to Whole Foods, restaurants, spas and shopping. There is access to numerous trails, including one starting on the edge of the property.

The open plan living/dining makes entertaining a dream.

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The lower level walkout has a full bar and large entertainment area.

Bus stop for free bus service to all majors areas is near home.

Very nice house. Needs some fixing up

We stayed in this property January 31 – February 4. We had a large group of 11 adults. Overall, we had a nice stay at this property. The house could use some general maintenance, and most of the “cons” are related to that.


-The house is beautiful and spacious. We saw deer from the back porch almost every morning, and the mountain views are wonderful. Even with a group of 11 adults (2 couples), everyone was able to sleep comfortably. Even while lounging there was plenty of seating.

-Location! The house is located within a very reasonable driving distance to a few different mountains, and very close to Kimbell Junction for shopping and restaurants. With 11 adults, we inevitably ran out of things or forgot items, so we visited Wal-Mart every day during the trip.

-The house has plenty of stuff to make the stay comfortable. There were plenty of towels, even extras for use after the hot/tub spa. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. We made dinner every night, and never had to buy extra dishes, pots, or pans.


-None of the light bulbs on the exterior of the house worked. We grilled burgers one night and had to use cell phones to see the grill.

-One of the nobs on the oven needs to be refastened. A bit disconcerting when you go to turn it, and probably an easy fix.

-The spa/hot tub shorted out a few times when a group of us were using it. It looked like the breaker was installed specifically for the hot tub, so it seemed odd that it would short out.

-The fireplace in the master bedroom does not work.

-Toilet paper. The house had a nice information sheet from the owner, but they made no mention of the fact that they only included 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. After that, it was up to purchase more. Considering the price of rental each, it we would have expected an unlimited supply. Nevertheless, it would have been nice to be informed of that at check-in so we could plan accordingly.

The home was wonderful for the most part, but we were very disappointed with the hot tub. It never worked properly even though there were a few attempts to fix it. After skiing each day the hot tub was a necessity for all of us. I was told that I would get a partial refund for the inconvenience, but did not. I am disappointed with the lack of follow up.

Holiday stay

We stayed at this property for our family annual Christmas and new year ski holiday. The pictures don't do it justice. The expansive views from the living room and kitchen are simply stunning - unobstructed views of the mountains, including regular siting of elks. We watched the PC fireworks at Canyons from the balcony! While it feels like it is in a remote location, the house is conveniently situated - just a 5 minute drive to kimball junction with lots of shopping and big grocery stores. More importantly it is also a short drive to PCMR and Canyons ski areas - a car is really a must if you plan to ski. The house is nicely decorated and has all the amenities we needed for our family - kitchen well stocked for cooking plus large separate pantry, very large washer/driver; separate area for ski boots and ski gear off garage and lots of space in garage for 2 SUVs. Large TV room for movies and good wifi. The jacuzzi was also a nice plus after skiing all day! Negin, the property manager, is super responsive and helpful - before our trip and during our stay -any questions or issues that came up and she was able to help us sort it immediately. We would strongly recommend the property for a family ski trip.

Gorgeous View and plenty of room!

A great experience as we gathered for Thanksgiving. Thank you Negin for greeting us as we arrived to show us the details of the home. The layout allowed us privacy with two master bedrooms, a family/media room for movie night and an awesome kids bedroom with 4 large sturdy bunk beds. The room off the kitchen was ideal for tween and teen girls in twin beds. They used the 1/2 bath nearby and showered downstairs. The queen bedroom downstairs shared the large downstairs bathroom with the 4 bunk bedroom. All the beds were very comfortable , with Master bedrooms having king size beds, large bathrooms and closets.

The highlight was the incredible views out the front windows of the Swaner Preserve and snow covered mountains, as we sat on the large deep stone hearth of the gas fireplace and played games around the table each night.

The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, glasses, serving pieces, plates, even kid friendly dishes. The kids table in the kitchen was a plus. The mudroom off the attached garage is convenient to store coats and shoes.

It is a short trip down the road to several grocery stores and restaurants. Great location just off the highway . We would love to come again!

Excellent property with great views of PC

Simple check -in with owner and she was completely available throughout our stay.

Definitely would stay here again and the home had everything we needed.

Beautiful getaway for families and groups

My family (6 adults and 3 little ones) just came home from a beautiful week at this lovely, well-maintained home. We loved the hot tub and sitting out on the large deck in the evening to watch the sun set behind the Wasatch Mountains to the west. Directly in front of the house is a large nature preserve that hosts a number of deer and other critters. The house is close enough to Park City to be accessible, but far enough from the crowds that flock to the downtown area. Great flyfishing in the nearby Provo River (try Troutbum 2 for a guide), and the Jordanelle Reservoir offers boating, fishing, tubing, etc. Everyone in my family agreed that this property is definitely worth a return trip.
