Lovely property - lovely town!

  • 5 of 5

Hancock was everything we hoped it would be. The property was a beautiful home in a beautiful small New Hampshire town. It was walking distance to the general store and local cafe, as well as Norway pond.

A completely relaxing family vacation.

Love this house!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay in Hancock. The location of this house is wonderful. We spent a lot time hanging out at Norway Pond, the town library, and the house. It's a well appointed home in terms of necessities. It's a good central location to visit Peterborough, Harrisville, Dublin, etc.

Wonderful house and location

  • 5 of 5

This beautiful house is even more beautifully located: just steps from Norway Pond (for swimming) and Hancock village (for library, market, or blueberry pancakes), and a short drive to Peterborough, Keene, Mt. Monadnock, and other attractions in this lovely region of NH. Perfect for the whole family. The house itself is in great shape, and Liz, the property manager, is thoughtful and attentive. Superb!

Excellent House

  • 5 of 5

We rented this house for an entire ski season. It was OUTSTANDING. The house itself if charming, comfortable with some lovely finishes that make it feel special. The location was great - right in the center of Hancock, walking distance to the small downtown and convenient to Peterborough and other destinations. Liz, the property manager was terrific; super responsive and helpful. We LOVE this place and are renting again this season.

Wonderful House!

  • 5 of 5

My husband, brother, sister in law and myself stayed for a week at this house to attend my son's wedding. The location of the house was ideal because it was only a mile from my son's home. The area is so beautiful, friendly people and wonderful New England experience. I have rented other VRBO homes but I must say this one was the very best! First off, the house was fully stocked with paper products, even standard condiments in the kitchen. The beds were all made and the bathrooms were stocked with fluffy towels and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner! Now for the house - It was beautiful. The furnishings matched the old world style of the home, it was comfortable, clean, bright and just a delight to stay in. We spent the first day exploring all the nooks and crannies and were amazed at its cleanliness and the way it was lovingly kept. There is a working fireplace and the barn stocked with wood which we enjoyed many nights. It has a full laundry (they even had detergent there!) which was great and a fully stocked kitchen. Liz was just great and made sure we had everything that we needed. I would jump at the chance to stay in the beautiful house again!!!

I've rented other houses from VRBO but this is the first house that was fully stocked with paper products, even basic condiments, the beds were fully made the bathrooms stocked with clean fluffy towels and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Now for the house. It was delightful! It was airy and furnished beautifully and comfortably. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed fires in the fireplace and had so much fun there exploring all the nooks and crannies of this remarkable home. Liz was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed and I will jump at the chance to stay in this beautiful home again!!!
