Cape Coral is the 'Venice of America', named for its 400 hundred miles of navigable waterways (largest in the world). Our home is right on one of these canals. With direct access and no bridges, it leads out to the Caloosahatchee River that flows into the Gulf of Mexico. You are only a short boatride away from the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Pine Island, Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa and Ft. Myers Beach. Plenty of restaurants and even shopping by water or by car. Our new boat dock has 34 feet of tie up space for a boat if you chose to rent one (lots of places to rent boats near the house). Our house is located 3 minutes from the open water (Caloosahatchee River, this leads to San Carlos bay Gulf of Mexico).
Enjoy dinner by sunset right from your fully screened lanai. There are so many wonderful restaurants just minutes away. Then return to relax in the pool or spa. The inside of the home is decorated beautifully by a professional decorator. There are soaring ceilings, lighted Hunter fans in each bedroom. Decorator offset accent lighting in ceilings.
Enjoy the Comfort!: Our home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (each bedroom has its own bathroom) with a split layout, 2 bedrooms have sliding doors to the pool deck. Pool deck bathroom (access without going into the house). Outdoor bar, sink and refrigerator. 2 dining areas inside and 1 outside on the pool deck. 1 additional plastic dining set with 10 stack chairs that can be placed wherever you want. Perfect for families vacationing together, yet maintaining some privacy. 4 luxury showers inside and a 5th one outside on the pool deck for when you return from the beach. Large decorative tub in the master bath, with 2 expansive vanities with granite counter tops and 2 sinks. There is everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

The beautiful inter-coastal waterways are great because you can travel for miles safely on calm water all day. The house is close to open water, no bridges, no long canal rides, no waiting in lines for locks. Lovely home❤️ Easy to connect with Rick! We had two couples celebrating our anniversary’s together. We rented a boat but found navigating a little trickier than we thought it would be. We biked and walked over to the beach for dinner. We relaxed by the pool. 🤗�😃�👍�. And missed out of the snowstorm in Mn 😎� All and all fabulous time!
This is a beautiful home in a very nice location! Close to beach, close to Sanibel Island, shopping and restaurants. Rick the owner was friendly and very helpful. He was there to welcome us and answer all our questions regarding the home. He checked in throughout the week to see if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again.

Words cannot explain or do justice for this beautiful home and its amenities. First class all the way! You name it, they had it. We had a family of 8 and stayed very comfortably. We only had one issue with the pool (it wasn't really an issue) and Rick the owner was right there within minutes to fix it. Rick is great to deal with and on top of anything you might need. We would stay here 100 hundreds times over! Thanks to Rick and his wife for sharing their home with us! We made many great memories!
It was an amazing house and the owner was very accommodating.
We loved the four bedrooms with private bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room furniture was very comfortable. We spent most of our time at the pool. There was a slight problem with the heater for the pool but Rick did everything he could to fix it. Once that was fixed the place was perfect!!!
We loved our stay. Beautiful home. It was very relaxing.

Location is amazing; Boat House Restaurant is 3 blocks away...complete with cocktails on the beach!! Plenty of room; warm pool off the patio. A great vacation!!

Cleaning fee of $180.00 is not refundable. electric at .17 per kw used. a refundable damage deposit of $500.00 is required. electric will be calculated and adjusted at the end of stay. electric will be adjusted from damage deposit. average electric for 1 week is $10 to 150.00. The home has 2 high efficiency a/c units. Contact owner if less than 5 days are requested. Renters are responsible to keep the home and all of its areas in decent picked up order. This includes removing garbage and recyclables and placing into proper containers. If the grill is used it is expected that you would reasonably clean it for the next renters. Please allow a full day for coals to cool off before dumping into the garbage and returning the grill into the garage. Additional charges may occur if the house is left dirty and excessive cleaning is required. We ask renters to notify us if damage happens so we can have repairs done.
