Luxurious 2/2 Full Kitchen Condo With Amazing Sea, Reef, And Pool Views.

This luxurious condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (with dual vanity sinks in the master bath). The master bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a king bed that can be converted to two separate twin beds. The living area has a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with modern, full-sized appliances, and table/cookware, as well. The unit is spacious, measuring 1500 square feet. Access the balcony overlooking the sea, reef, and pool from the living area or the master bedroom. The balcony is a perfect location to enjoy a morning coffee, lunch, or evening glass of wine, while feeling the island breeze. Cable TV (available on the 3 flat screen televisions) and wireless internet are included during your stay. Grand Caribe boasts three pools (including a large kiddie pool) and two hot tubs. The on site bar/grill features a swim-up bar, inside, or pool-deck dining. Daily maid service (including laundry), linens/towels, and personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, and body wash) are also provided. The friendly, helpful staff with concierge service on site can assist with your needs, including excursion reservations for the many activities offered on and surrounding the island (including diving, snorkeling, jet-skiing, fishing, Mayan ruin tours, restaurant reservations, cave tubing, zip lining, Blue Hole trips, and much more!). The resort employs a 24-hour security patrol. Ground transportation to the resort is included from the San Pedro airstrip. The location is perfectly situated outside of town to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, yet convenient to restaurants and beach bars located within a short walking distance. Town is easily reached via a beach stroll, bike ride, golf cart trip, or a water taxi ride from the resort's private dock.

About Doug McMillan

Jenn and I are residents of North Florida. I recently retired, but my wife has a few more years at the grindstone. I am enjoying this whole Kept Man thing! We enjoy traveling, snorkeling, diving, jet-skiing, fishing, swimming, reading, long walks on the beach (seriously), and reading on the beach. We purchased the condo after renting it ourselves and falling in love with the island and Grand Caribe. We enjoy spending time with our family on vacation and treasure the memories we make. We intend for this to be our retirement home within the next couple of years. This is our only rental unit.

The island is protected by the second largest barrier reef in the world located just 500 meters offshore. Awesome diving, fishing and snorkeling actives available. Swim with nurse sharks and large rays at a protected marine reserve close by or take a three hour boat ride to the famous Blue Hole. Seemingly countless bars and restaurants within walking distance or by water taxi of the resort. This island is unspoiled by your typical corporate franchise blight. An amazing place to visit.

Tax Rate 19.0%

Daily maid service, laundry service, wireless internet access, 24-hour security, and one round trip transfer from the San Pedro Airstrip to Resort are all included free of additional charges. Check-in time: 2:00 pm. Check-out time: 11 am. No pets allowed.

Payment and Cancellation Policy: A two night deposit is required at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Initial deposit is non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancellations of 45 days or less prior to arrival. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
