About the property

2 Bedroom, 1 Bath -- 1950's Home Completely Remodeled, Walk to the Beach -

This 1950s beach house is very spacious for only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has been remodeled to be a very functional space and designed with 2 large living rooms for separate entertaining. Both Living Rooms have cable TV and plenty of space to hang out and relax. Plus a great patio for BBQ-ing!

The house was completely remodeled in 2009. It has a bathroom with marble floors and marble standing shower as well as a deep soaking bathtub. Both bedrooms are spacious with queen beds.

Just a few minutes walk to one of the most beautifully kept secret beaches in the area. Lost Winds is locally known for it's surfing and people love to come and surf here or just watch the surf.

Things to do: An easy bike ride or drive will take you to San Clemente's main street Del Mar Ave -- filled with local shops, restaurants, and activities. On Sundays there is a farmers market with fresh fruits, vegetables and local handmade crafts. And summers downtown are home to the San Clemente Ocean Festival and Summer Fiesta.

Beaches: San Clemente beaches are perfect for a family-fun vacation, a romantic getaway, or surfing and enjoying the socal life with friends. Trestles Beach & San Onofre are a hop-skip-and-a-jump away either by foot or by car.

If you prefer long walks on the beach that's here too. From Lost Winds, you can walk on the shore for miles in either direction. The 5 mile San Clemente Beach Trail passes through Lost Winds to the San Clemente Pier for easy walking, running, or biking as well.

The Dana Point Harbor is also close by for day trips to Catalina Island, Whale Watching, Jet Skiing, Boating, Kayaking, and other fun water activities.

My personal favorite thing to do is walk/bike along the newly renovated 5 mile beach trail or enjoy happy hour at the Fisherman's Restaurant and or Sunsets Bar at the Pier.

Comfortably sleeps 4 people.

About Noushin & Sabina

My husband and I have been living in San Clemente since 1985. For us, living here is like being on vacation every day. We love to be outdoors and spend most of our free time either at the beach, barbecuing, or hanging out downtown. We feel lucky to live here and look forward to helping you discover all of the great things about this laid back beach town we call home.

Noushin & Sabina purchased this house in 2004

Why Noushin & Sabina chose Orange County

We purchased this property because of it's prime location. Situated in the heart of the city this is a great place for all ages to enjoy everything San Clemente has to offer.

Keep looking!

  • 1 of 5

The house was very poorly supplied. When we got in we couldn't find any towels, soap, beach gear, not even toilet paper. Then we realized that there was no sugar or basic ingredients and that stuff like ziplock bags boxes were there but empty. We found the house not very clean, we even found trash in some of the bins and worst of all crouches!! The jacuzzi would not work and the worst part was that I had to call to see if we could find some of the things in the house and the owner was no nice at all. She ask me not to call her and blame her cleaner. We found stuff inside the washer, the dryer and ever the dishwasher! Somebody came to bring some beach gear, clear up the trash, the washer and help me find some towels. We booked the house for 4 people and there were only 3 towels, they never showed up with the 4th. The back patio was very dirty and the chairs were all broken. Not the most relaxing experience to start your vacation! Please keep looking!

This is a great little house for a get away

  • 4 of 5

The house was very cute and clean. There is a great patio to grill and hang out on. The neighborhood is very nice. It is about a 10 min walk to the beach with a neighborhood access staircase down to the beach. The beach is nice and not too crowded. The kitchen was marginally equipped if you really like to cook. There were no pantry staples. There were towels for the bath but no soaps or shampoos/conditioners and only one roll of TP so we had to go out and get. There were no chairs to take to the beach. I wish I would have know to bring. The dishwasher worked but was so loud you could not be in the house while running it. Otherwise we had a great stay.

We loved the house. It is nicely decorated and well located. We found it great for running, going to the beach, walking, and proximity to the lovely old town. Very nice for an active family.

Love So Cal

  • 4 of 5

This is a small but great house. The major negative is that there is only one bathroom. The master bedroom is good size with lots of closet space, the second bedroom is small but does have an average size closet. There are two family living areas which is a big plus. There also is an outside deck that has a very nice built-in grill, refrigerator, and oven. The owner recently renovated the house, there is a nice kitchen with granite counter tops, a good size laundry room with lots of storage space, and the bathroom is well done with a great rain shower. The neighborhood is very nice, many homes in the area are well above $1,000,000, very close to the beach trail. The only negative for me is the kitchen wasn't well appointed, no dry measuring cups, spoons, no food processor, a leaking blender, few pans, no dish towels, no strainer, no microwave, etc. The owner however has been very responsive to helping us when we have told her of problems. I would rate this as excellent if there was a second bathroom and the kitchen was better equipped.

The location is perfect to go to the beach and to the center, but this is a quiet place ! WE love the little garden outside with barbecue and with a nice table where we ate. The furnitures were so so nice and very good look !!!

The house is kissed from the sun all day. It is very comfortable. the owner is very kind and friend. we'd like come back.

I loved the tree with the little lights
