Ideally located on the sandy beaches of Bucerias, this 2nd floor unit overlooks landscaped lawns, palm trees and a stunningly beautiful infinity pool. The Azul is situated in the quiet scenic neighborhood of South Bucerias but within walking distance of some of the finest restaurants, local artisan crafts shops and Mexican outdoor markets. With private gated access to the beach, enjoy strolls on the warm sand and perhaps stop for a margarita at one of the numerous beachside bars. The gated access and 24 hour security ensure your stay is both safe and comfortable.

Inside, enjoy over 1400 square feet of spacious living with large slide away doors in the master bedroom and living room which open onto a sun drenched oversized balcony. This 2 bedroom condo boasts en suite bathrooms in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. Relax on comfortable balcony furniture and take in the marine life and all of the water activities the Bay of Banderas has to offer. End your sun-filled days drinking a margarita or cerveza from your 26’ balcony while watching million dollar sunsets.

Your vacation home is spectacularly furnished in a luxurious, contemporary style. Crisp white linens, high end, comfortable furniture and professional design make this condo a dream to stay in. Each bedroom comes with a king size bed the second bedroom may also be split into two twin beds. Additional sleeping is available for two on the comfortable living room sofa bed. The kitchen comes complete with marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all the conveniences of a gourmet kitchen so the chef(s) in your group can prepare a succulent dinner of fresh seafood and local produce. If barbequing is your pleasure, a full size stainless steel gas barbeque is available on the balcony.

For your comfort and convenience each bedroom and the living room are air conditioned and include ceiling fans. Full entertainment package is supplied including WIFI internet, IPod docking station, satellite and HDTV.

Some of the common amenities available include an infinity edge pool with built in loungers, a children’s wading pool, Jacuzzi tub, poolside washroom, barbeque area and a fully equipped exercise facility. Our guests will also have access to secure parking and to our private storage room which contains lots of extra item such as boogie boards, pool loungers and bicycles.

Mexico has become a destination of choice for us. We love the "old" Mexico flavor mixed with the "new" Mexican charm. Bucerias offers both. We chose the second floor to provide easy access to all amenities, including the fitness facility, pool deck, and beach, yet still providing a stunning view overlooking the Bay.

The bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan and individually controlled air conditioning units for your comfort. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made to accommodate 2 people on the fold out sofa bed located in the living area.

Vacation at Condo in Bucerias

We had a wonderful vacation at Azul! We met lots of new friends without leaving the pool area but also enjoyed such great dinners and walks all around town. Thanks for leaving restaurant suggestions. We especially liked Sandrine and the place on the corner by Azul. So many terrific restaurants. We loved your pool floating chairs. Of course the view and sunsets were beautiful. The condo was so well equipped and Ed explained everything and was kind enough to transport us to and from PVR. All together a perfect stay - the beach and pool were ideal. We honestly didn't cook much but when we did always found what we needed. Trying to think of suggestions but can't think of anything missing. I always appreciate nice towels and such and you provided those. I guess I could have used a duvet rather than a quilt but just because I am used to that. Such nice neighbors - I know I said that but it's worth repeating! Thank you for the place and also for answering all our questions when we had any. Barb and David

Great escape and perfect weather

Hola John and Terry, just wanted to say a few words about our 4 week stay in 1c Azul.

Ed was very helpful for any questions and the staff at the condo especially Miguel are terrific. I don't know the wages in that area but amazing how many people seem to be around to look after the property so first rate job.

A couple of suggestions for the condo, it could use a teapot for us tea drinkers and the BBQ probably won't last much longer. Even though the dining room chairs were out for repair (three at a time) we ate every meal on the balcony so it had not effect on us. Also your storage locker was well stocked with chairs, boogie boards etc. Can't think of anything that needs to be added.

We also found the master bedroom bed very comfy.

We only ran the AC occasionally in the back bedroom as you can appreciate it doesn't benefit from the ocean breezes. Otherwise our stay was without incident. Enjoyed many of the local restaurants and local grocery stores. Had a great time. The location of the Azul is superb.

Owner's Response: Thank you Stephen and Kathy for you excellent response and comments. We believe there is a teapot in the cabinet by the fridge but if not, we will immediately add it. The BBQ is going to be replaced when we arrive there in April. It was unfortunate that we were having the dining room chairs being recovered during your stay, but we had to do this while they were under warranty, so we apologize for the inconvenience. perfect, just perfect

I can't really add too much to what others have said other than to say I agree with everything. The condo is exactly as stated, the area is completely safe, the restaurants are excellent and the condo grounds are immaculate. The only one minor point is that the two bicycles mentioned are, in fact, kids bikes and not very useful. The next time I would rent a couple of bikes or a scooter to get around but there really are a lot of restaurants within walking distance (less than 1.5km) This was our first time switching from an all-inclusive hotel to a condo and there is no going back for us!

Paradise

Our three week stay in your beautiful condo was fantastic!

The condo REALLY is perfectly supplied and no detail has been overlooked. It truly is very comfortable, stylish and very well maintained. The pool and grounds are immaculate. A BBQ on the deck was handy for grilling fresh seafood for dinners at sunset.

What can I add that all the other great reviews haven't mentioned? The view, a beach that goes for miles, the warmest ocean water and the sunniest days ever to name a few things. The location is near perfect for exploring this quant little town by foot for dining out or shopping. Both Ed and Miguel were very friendly and accommodating.

Gracias John & Terri for sharing your place with us. We're looking forward to our stay next year!

Fabulous Condo

The condo is fabulous, lovely, elegant, upscale and, from what we understand, the nicest unit in the building. We loved the pool and used the blue floating lounge chairs to relax in.

The condo had everything we needed, and more - things like a toaster, kettle and coffee maker were really useful and having all the paper and soap supplies was a plus. The large flat screen TV was great, we were surprised to see so many local Northwest channels on it. Also, having the phone in the condo was a great convenience; Ed your property manager and Miguel at the front gate were great and made our stay that much more pleasant. They were both so friendly and more than helpful.

One morning when I went to the front door, it was not closed, so we did watch it after that to make sure it completely closed. A very unique and secure door lock for the door - nice to not have to carry a key around to open it.

Thanks, again, to you both for letting us share your beautiful condo - it was probably the nicest place we could’ve rented in Bucerias.

Excellent!

This condo is lovely and clean with a wonderful view of the ocean. After spending time here and the town of Bucerias it really is a hard act to follow.

We have travelled the world over and stayed at many places and John and Terri's condo does not want for any thing.

We will return to again to recapture a slice of this heaven. The Quayle's Saskatchewan
