We have a furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath full-floor flat in a newly remodeled luxury Victorian townhouse that offers a unique, spacious and comfortable stay for families, business travelers, and tourists visiting San Francisco. With 13 foot ceilings, restored original detailing, arches and chandeliers, a full gourmet kitchen with Viking and Jenn-Air appliances, a spacious master suite, and full floor radiant heating system - our meticulously restored Victorian will be your home away from home. Access to the property is provided with a digital door lock so no keys to manage.

Very central location in the heart of the city in desirable Pacific Heights, you'll be walking distance to coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants on Fillmore St and Alta Plaza park which has sweeping views of the city, and the shops of Presidio Heights and Laurel Village. Restaurants within walking distance include B Patisserie (James Beard nominee), Tataki (sushi), B on the Go, SPQR, Roam (burgers), Cumaica Coffee, Wild Hare (brunch), and the Grove on Fillmore. Four blocks from the famous Lyon Street Steps, "Billionaires Row", and the heart of Fillmore Street.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether you want to just make a quick breakfast or snack, or enjoy a home cooked meal for your family. Enjoy a 4-burner professional grade Viking gas range, Jenn-Air refrigerator/freezer with cold filtered water and icemaker, a dishwasher and a wine fridge.

PARKING

If you rent a car - street parking is available on our street and on the blocks all around the property, however please read the signs carefully (street cleaning and 2 hr limits, etc.) to ensure you'll be parking safe! In the evening after 6 pm, parking is free until 8 am the next morning.

PUBLIC TRANSIT

San Francisco has a large public transit network and the buses run frequently on all major routes. A number of buses stop on the other side of our block including the #1 and 1-Express and the 24. The 1 goes to the financial district (east - 10 minutes) and Seacliff (west - 15 minutes) and the 24 goes south to NoPa/Noe/Castro/Bernal Heights in that order.

Walk south 3 minutes to Sutter and catch the 2 bus to Union Square (east). Walk south 5 minutes to Geary and catch the 38 bus to the Cliff house and Ocean Beach (west) or Union Square (east).

"The apartment's location in the Pacific Heights area gave us a glimpse of what it's like to be a San Francisco local. But while it's in a relatively quiet residential area, it was very easy to get to the city's sights and tourist attractions using public transportation. MUNI lines running north and south, east and west all stop within two to three blocks from the apartment."

'This is my first experience with online vacation rentals and I am so pleased with this property. IT WAS A+.. Sometimes, description of homes are not really want they are but this home is everything it was described and more! We all felt we never left our home.... The location was perfect. They say parking is difficult in SF, not where this house is located. We were able to find a parking space every night in front of the house except for one night. We parked in a parking structure one block away. A very easy walk!"

"Our family typically rents vacation rental apartments for our vacations when we head to major cities. I am pleased to say that this rental was by far the best we have ever rented anywhere. The pictures don’t do it justice and they look great! Located in a nice neighborhood, we were steps away to shopping, dining, and public transportation – easy to get to tourist destinations but we didn’t have to deal with the crowds in the more congested areas such as Fisherman’s Wharf. We appreciated getting to know San Francisco as a 'local' rather than a 'tourist'. It is so much more comfortable and affordable than the two hotel rooms we would require. Any family or even two couples travelling together would enjoy this rental but this was particularly well suited for our family of 5."

Beautiful home with room to spare

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Francisco and found this to be the perfect place for our group of 5. I was traveling with my husband, 10 month old baby, 5 year old, and mother, so we needed a space that was kid-friendly but also nice enough to take mom. This was a complete hit with everyone and we had so much room! Addy and Matt were very nice and even offered us a pack-and-play and dining-room booster seat for the baby to use. The decor and artwork was a highlight for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Could not have asked for a more perfect apartment

We were a family of six (3 couples) from London, Auckland and San Diego. Addy's and Matt's apartment was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to retreat to their own space after a long day exploring all that San Francisco has to offer. The apartment is very homely and comfortable, and is perfectly positioned. Addy and Matt were both so very helpful and efficient in attending to our queries about the apartment during our stay, despite their being on holiday themselves at the time. Many thanks guys. Will definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Great place in Pacific Heights

Great house, very clean and tidy and smartly presented. Addy the host was really welcoming and easy to deal with. It's in a good location with a great patisserie around the corner, plenty of takeaway options, a 20 minute walk to a Trader Joes supermarket and in the other direction there's the boutiques, cafes and bars on Fillmore St just 10 minutes away. Compared with what you pay for a boxy hotel room downtown, this is a great option if you're looking for a bit more space and to get out of the CBD.
