Nicely decorated, fully equipped second floor end unit in the Pinnacle subdivision of the gated Strand Golf & Country Club. This 2,150sf 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit includes a den, a 2-car attached garage, and a north-facing lanai with beautiful views of the golf course. In addition, the unit is located right next to the community pool, making for easy trips back and forth for lunch, snacks, etc.

The master bedroom features a king bed, ample closet space and a full bathroom including a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with direct access to the jack-n-jill bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds. All bedrooms have HD TVs and two of the bedrooms have DVD players.

The main living area and the attached den both have ample seating and HD TV's and DVD players (main living area is a Blue Ray player). The unit is also equipped with complimentary wifi via Comcast.

The owner has a "Club" Membership, which includes use of the tennis courts and fitness center in addition to the olympic sized swimming pool, restaurants and other standard amentities at the Strand. Tenant can access all of these amentities by agreeing to pay the Strand's one-time $292 transfer fee. Upon payment of the transfer fee, the tenant would effectively be a 'temporary member' of the club (a credit card would be used to set up the account directly with the Strand). Golf privileges are also available with this rental for an additional monthly fee. Please contact The Strand directly to discuss this issue (239-592-7710).

The Strand Golf & Country Club is conveniently located in North Naples. Within a 5-10 minute drive you will find numerous shopping areas (including the high-end Mercato shopping and dining complex) and plenty of restaurants. A Publix supermarket, Wal-Mart Supercenter and Target sit just outside the front entrance to the Strand, making grocery shopping a breeze. Activities located nearby include Sun-N-Fun Lagoon (waterpark), the Children's Museum of Naples, the Naples Zoo, and several miniature golf courses. The Strand is located just off I-75 about 5 miles from the water. Nearby beaches include; Vanderbilt Beach, Barefoot Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.




Jan-Mar - 3 month minimum rental (full season).

April - 1 month minimum.
