An Unforgettable Gulfside Property

This beautifully renovated 3 storey, 1,500 sq ft townhome backing on to Miramar Beach is perfect for your family vacation. Walk out from two of the three decks which back right on to the sugar white sand beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy dining on the covered deck while taking in the panoramic picturesque Gulf views.

This three level beachfront home includes two separate living areas so that the first floor serves as special guest quarters. This is perfect for accommodating extra friends or family members who may want their own private space during part of your stay. These quarters are beach side with easy access to the sparkling water's edge from sunny, glass French doors. A nicely decorated living area has a large soft couch facing the TV console and doubles as a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa that can accommodate two. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom. This portion of the property connects via interior stairs which is rare in this building as most properties have exterior stairs from the lower level unit to the second floor. The second floor level has another living area lined with porcelain limestone finish tile flooring. The large, deep, comfy taupe couch (which doubles as a queen size bed sleeper) is accompanied by two tropical, rattan armchairs which invite conversation. The walk out patio doors and full height windows maximize Gulf views and provides easy access to the gulf front balcony with outside seating provided to enjoy the shimmering Emerald Coast views and spectacular sunsets. A rustic wood, glass topped dining table seats six guests and is illuminated by the nautical overhanging light fixture. The bright, wood kitchen lined with granite counter top finished with water hyacinth and teak counter height chairs make this an ideal breakfast area which is perfect for friendly conversations. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steele appliances including a double oven, large fridge with drawers, dishwasher and microwave. Upstairs on the third level you will find the Indonesian styled Master Bedroom Suite with Grand Abaco and Teak headboard and private full bath. This has a plush king sized bed with firm mattress, soft coastal pattern bedspread and large TV. A swing in patio door with floor to ceiling windows provide a large picture window Gulf view and easy access to the open balcony where you can start your day and check out the beach. The Guest bedroom has access to another full bath and has one double bed and two twin bunk beds that are nicely decorated in soft coastal colours. A window seat takes full advantage of the wide, sunny window that looks out onto Scenic Gulf Drive.

Costa Del Sol is conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach (just East of Destin) with close access to beach side restaurants, shopping at the popular Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall and musical entertainment at nearby Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin.

Our short term (excluded from monthly) rentals include one round of golf daily at select golf courses, free snorkelling, dolphin cruise, museum tickets, movie rentals as well as discounted jet skis, golf carts, water park tickets, cruises, bike rentals, tennis and pontoon rentals.

Note we are unable to accommodate rental requests to groups under the age of 25.

Second Floor (main entrance): Living Room with queen sleeper sofa, TV, dining room, porch balcony w/outside seating and gulf views, interior steps leading down to first floor

My husband, a home builder and I, a realtor, have renovated this property with the goal of having it exceed our visitors' expectations. It is our goal to make every guest want to return and we are fortunate to have achieved that goal. That's exactly how we feel after every visit to our home away from home. We have combined classic Indonesian decor with a contemporary clean line look and topped it off with soft coastal finishes....the result - a fresh, warm coastal feel.

Why Pauline Saliba chose Miramar Beach

We first visited Destin in August 2012 and fell in love with the crisp, white sandy beach and crystal clear emerald waters. On our flight back home, we stumbled upon a realtor's advertising for Unit B2 townhome and thought it would be a perfect family vacation property with separate guest quarters. We bought the property, renovated it from top to bottom because we wanted to ensure it would be a big hit on the rental market, and the rest is history. We loved it so much, that in March 2013, we purchased a second town home (Unit B3) right next door and repeated a similar renovation process.

What makes this townhome unique

Because we own two town homes at Costa Del Sol which are located right side by side, we are able to offer large groups and multiple families the convenience of vacationing side by side, yet still have their own personal space.

This three storey town home has 3 decks, two of which lead right to the beach and one which overlooks the beach from the top storey of the building! A be able to walk right on to sugar white sands from your town home. This set up makes for a unique, relaxing, family vacation! Perfect for families with plenty of space for entertaining, easy access to beach, dining, local restaurants, shops, a fantastic outlet mall and local attractions! Beautifully renovated and newly furnished town home. It does not get better than this! As an added bonus, our rentals of less than 30 days include one free round of golf daily at select golf courses, free snorkelling, dolphin cruise, museum tickets, movie rentals as well as discounted jet skis, golf carts, water park tickets, cruises, bike rentals, tennis and pontoon rentals.

Great vacation on the beach!

Beautiful condo on the beach with all the amenities. We were a party of six but could easily accommodate twelve or more. Three levels each with a walk out and beautiful view of the white sand and ocean. Highly recommended!

So fun!

We loved the house and the location. The size worked surprisingly well for our two families. We have two small children and our friends have four. The separation of the floors was perfect for us having our own space when needed. We loved being able to walk just a few steps to the beach. It was so convenient with little kids and bringing all our stuff out. My only negative would be the condition of the house. It needs a little TLC. A few hours with a handy man fixing odds and ends would do wonders! I would also recommend purchasing new bedding for all beds. They looked pretty worn but other than that, we loved it! Will for sure be back!

We do our best to keep our properties in tip top shape but that is always a challenge for high demand beach front properties during peak season. Our properties are audited twice a year (spring and fall) to ensure we catch things that might otherwise go unnoticed throughout the year. Some of the bedding in this property was replaced in March 2017. The rest was deemed to be in good condition at the time. We purposely steer clear of plush bedding because our guests find it too heavy during the summer months. However, bedding is frequently laundered so that may give the appearance of it being worn. We have stayed at the Costa Del Sol condos for several years and this one in particular was extremely nice! Not that the appliances and granite is important when I'm looking for a condo it sure made it a lot prettier to look at! We love the location of these condos and will definitely be booking again for next year!

Great Property, Great Location

Our family visited Destin again for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was very nice and we enjoyed the great view from the deck. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Romantic Beach Getaway

My wife and I stayed here for our "Babymoon". The property was nicely updated and VERY clean. The three balconies provide an amazing view of the emerald water. It was perfect for our morning coffee and nightly sunset viewing. The property is VERY close to lots shopping and dining as well as several grocery stores. You will find everything you need from wine glasses and bottle openers to cooking utensils and pots/pans. All you need is your swimsuit! The "private beach" was a nice touch because you do not have to deal with the crowded beach like when you stay at a high rise condo or hotel.

The owners and the management company were the best we have ever dealt with...and we use VRBO a lot! We were able to meet the owners that were staying next door and they let us know if we needed anything at all to let them know. We will be back with the rest of our family for sure!

You will not want to leave JUST BOOK ALREADY!

If you are looking elsewhere, don't waste your time and just book here. It is an absolutely amazing property on a gorgeous beach. Having been fortunate enough to travel around the world visiting a lot of amazing beaches, this one ranks up there. Waking up and having the ocean view is priceless, having lunch/dinners on main floor patio, enjoying a morning coffee on the beach level patio or evening cocktails on the master bedroom suite deck and watching the vanilla sky sunsets are all not to be missed. Visiting in November was great, the weather was warm, beaches were your very own and getting around without traffic added to the greatness of our vacation. Pauline was such a accommodating owner who takes pride in the condition of her property and was available to make sure your trip goes smoothly. We were very fortunate to be able to have had a chance to stay here and hope we will have a chance to do so again one day... you can tell from the availability calendar that the cat is out of the bag and this is becoming a very popular choice for lucky vacationers.
