Everyone loves this charming, breezy, hotel-style apartment. It's actually part of a single-family house – it’s the master bed/bath suite. It’s separated from the rest of the house by a wall and has its own entrance. Kind of duplex-style.
Sometimes, the other side is also rented. Your paths won’t cross in the house, because the two units are completely separated by a wall, locked door, and separate entrances. And you probably won’t hear them much either (and vice versa). But they have a kitchen, and although few choose to cook, they can, in which case you might catch the aroma. There’s a good air freshener in the room to cancel that out. There are also good white noise machines on both sides.
There's an electric air mattress for a third person; three is the most this room can handle. There's a third-person charge of $20 per night.
The space includes a wonderful, cozy queen-size bed, flat-panel TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and K-cups, dresser and clothing rack for your clothes. We do have wi-fi. On the deck just outside your door is a sitting area, gas grill, and large, pretty yard. The deck is shared by both sides, but there are two separate sitting spaces, each of which feels rather private.
Please note, there is no kitchen—just microwave, coffeemaker, and mini-fridge/freezer. I provide bowls, plates, coffee mugs, drinking tumblers, wine cups and utensils.
Rose Cliff Drive is a peaceful avenue in a quiet section of East Nashville, just six minutes to the lively Five-Points social hub, 10 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Opryland. The neighborhood is very residential and composed almost entirely of brick ranch houses. Our street is just three blocks long, ending in a cul de sac, so it stays very quiet here. We’re 20 minutes from the airport.
