Everyone loves this charming, breezy, hotel-style apartment. It's actually part of my house – it’s the master bed/bath suite. It’s separated from the rest of the house by a wall and has its own entrance. Kind of duplex-style. The interior connecting door remains locked, and our paths don’t cross inside the home.
There's an electric air mattress for a third person; three is the most this room can handle. There's a third-person charge of $20 per night.
Important: Although it’s your own private space, it is part of a house, and therefore not 100% soundproof. Though I'm mostly very quiet, you may occasionally hear a clanking pot, a burst of laughter or, on rehearsal nights, my band playing. It’s all muffled due to good soundproofing ... but not perfect soundproofing. I'm also a musician, and occasionally play in the house; you may hear that, too (but not super loud). We rarely hear our guests because of layout logistics and an excellent white noise machine.
The space includes a wonderful, cozy queen-size bed, flat-panel TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, 4-cup coffeemaker, and dresser and clothing rack for your clothes. We do have wi-fi. On the deck just outside your door is a sitting area, gas grill, and sprawling yard with trees forever (we share the deck, grill and yard, though I'm rarely out there).
Please note, there is no kitchen. We do provide dishes, coffee mugs, drinking and wine glasses, and utensils.
Rose Cliff Drive is a peaceful avenue in a quiet section of East Nashville, just six minutes to the lively Five-Points social hub, 10 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Opryland. The neighborhood is very residential and composed almost entirely of brick ranch houses. Our street is just three blocks long, ending in a cul de sac, so it stays very quiet here. We’re 20 minutes from the airport.
