4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Views Of Downtown And The Stanley Hotel (Sleeps 10)

Our addition and remodel were completed May of 2017. The house now features four bedrooms and three bath locations!! We have an awesome new rooftop deck, over the garage, to enjoy the views of downtown and the Stanley Hotel!!

We now have two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There is one full bath on the main floor. The lower level features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There are two baths on the lower level, one with a shower stall and one with a large walk in shower.

The kitchen has been updated with stainless appliances and granite countertops. It is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home! We also have a gas grill on the deck.

There is a 40' flat screen TV in the main floor living room and a 37' flat screen TV in the lower level.

We welcome your comments and testimonials about the house. If the house is missing anything, we would like to know that. We really want your stay to be comfortable!!

We are Terry and Tracy Babcock. We live in Grand Island, Nebraska. In 2008 we started thinking about a vacation home in Estes Park. In 2013 we found just the right place and we are excited to share it with other travelers. We have rented VRBO properties in the past and knew this is how we would share our home with others. If you like to relax, enjoy fine dining with a glass of wine and walk home...this is the place for you! You don't have to drive anywhere!! Terry and I love the peace and quiet of Estes Park and we enjoy watching the elk walk through our yard. They are beautiful creatures and you will enjoy them too!

We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. Pictures don’t do it justice. Don’t know of anything I would change except maybe new mattress in master bedroom. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great Location!

We had a great trip with our family. The home is spacious, recently remodeled with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Extra large deck is a great spot to relax and visit, overlooking the downtown area and great view of The Stanley Hotel. Walking distance from downtown. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The decorating and furniture was very well done, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook anything you'd want to make. I enjoyed grilling on the deck in the fresh mountain air with hummingbirds zipping by. The 3 bedrooms were large and comfortable and it was a pleasure spending time relaxing and playing games in the house in between hikes in the park and walks to town. We have stayed in the Estes Park area many times, and this was our favorite house/location of all. We hope to come back again!

Perfect Vacation Spot

Having stayed at this house in both the summer and winter season, there is no bad time to visit! Amazing scenery and wildlife outside every window - we had elk and deer in the front yard on numerous occasions, literally right outside our windows. Just a short walk to downtown, so you can avoid finding a parking spot. This house is beautiful and everything is brand new! Not a single thing has been forgotten to make both of our stays go perfectly, with a fully stocked kitchen, wireless internet, and very comfortable couches and beds. Lots of space for everyone to spread out in this home, and having the attached garage is great for those rain showers that can come up in the mountains. This is by far the best place in Estes Park I have ever stayed, and I intend to come back again. Thanks for having such a perfect vacation spot!
