About the Property
4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Views Of Downtown And The Stanley Hotel (Sleeps 10)
Under Construction until Memorial Weekend of 2017! Once we are completed our house will feature four bedrooms and three bath locations!! We are also adding a new garage with a rooftop deck to enjoy the views of downtown and the Stanley Hotel!!
When completed, we will have two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There is one full bath on the main floor. The lower level will feature two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There will be two baths on the lower level, one with a shower stall and one with a large walk in shower.
The kitchen has been updated with stainless appliances and granite countertops.
It is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home! We also have a gas grill on the deck.
There is a 40' flat screen TV in the main floor living room and a 37' flat screen TV in the lower level.

Our home is located just two blocks from downtown Estes Park. You can park your car at the house (in the garage) and walk to shopping, restaurants, bars, wine tasting, etc.

About: We are Terry and Tracy Babcock. We live in Grand Island, Nebraska. About five years ago, we started thinking about a vacation home in Estes Park. In 2013 we found just the right place and we are excited to share it with other travelers. We have rented VRBO properties in the past and knew this is how we would share our home with others. If you like to relax, enjoy fine dining with a glass of wine and walk home...this is the place for you! You don't have to drive anywhere!! Terry and I love the peace and quiet of Estes Park and we enjoy watching the elk walk through our yard. They are beautiful creatures and you will enjoy them too!

We chose this property because of its proximity to downtown. It also has large bedrooms to accommodate king size beds, which we appreciate. We love the large kitchen and the sun room!!
