Our modern condo is our home away from home. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom that sleeps up to 5 people. There is 1 queen, 1 bunk with 1 double and 1 single bed. It has a private hot tub, BBQ, full kitchen, wireless internet, cable tv, insuite laundry, wheelchair accessible and more. It includes a ski locker for secure storage of your gear, 1 underground parking and is ground level for easy access. It is also ski in/ski out to the Morrissey Lift.
About Sheila Minten
We grew up in Kamloops and enjoy spending our spare time up at Sun Peak's. We started out going up there to enjoy the winter activities, but in the last couple of years have started enjoying summertime up there as well.

We selected this property because we felt it was great for our family. It is very quiet and relaxing. I love having the hot tub on the deck and being able to go out and enjoy it whenever we want.

Winter activities include cross country and downhill skiing, skate skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, snowshoeing, dog sledding, heated outdoor pool, spa! Summer activities include golfing, mountain biking, hiking, running, horseback riding, free outdoor concerts, geocaching, canoeing, and farmer's market! There are a variety of festival and activities, including a wine festival, many outdoor concerts, the Blossom festival. There is something for everyone and you won’t be bored!

Nice location.
The condo was quiet, comfy and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay plus the hot tub was wonderful! We liked that the condo was away from the Village but still within walking distance. We recommend this condo. Thanks for everything Sheila.

Fully equiped
First time to Sun Peaks and what an amazing time we had for spring break. The snow was amazing and we had a lovely place to stay. Our family of four had lots of room in the condo. It was clean and very well equipped. Would stay here again and recommend to others for sure. It was also our first time using vrbo. Sheila was a great host and we really appreciated her professionalism.

Nice quiet weekend in Sun Peaks
We just returned from a four night stay at this lovely condo in Sun Peaks. This pet friendly condo is located in a nice quiet development, about a 10 minute walk from the village square. The condo would be perfect for a family with young children. Our son is an adult, so he barely fit into the bottom bunk. The condo was very clean with everything you could possibly need. The only complaint we have is that the barbecue needs a good cleaning. The hot tub was great! It would also have been nice to have some patio chairs to sit out on the lawn or porch and enjoy the beautiful sunny mornings.
Very Nice Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The only downside was the second bedroom bunk beds were incredibly squeaky. Just turning onto your side caused a lot of noise. Made it very difficult to sleep. I ended up sleeping on the couch. Those that slept in the other bedroom said it was very comfortable. Otherwise, it was very well stocked, clean, cozy and close to the village.
