Welcome to our relaxing mountain hideaway!

First, we rent short term only. Two weeks maximum.

Our completely updated and beautifully appointed condo features 2 master suites with comfy queen beds (main master suite has brand new mattress June '15) and private decks plus a 3rd bedroom that holds a twin log bunk bed with a trundle. A twin air mattress is available as well.  All bedrooms are on the second floor allowing people to go to bed while others stay on the main level enjoying the evening! Two bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TV's with cable service. Wireless internet is included. 

The kitchen and all baths are recently updated. The master shower has a river rock floor and dual shower heads – great after a day on the slopes or trails! The second bathroom comes with a tub/shower. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you’ll need to make dinner and entertain guests.  The living room has a wood burning fireplace with fire wood provided on site. There are games, books and a large selection of DVDs. The living area opens to the dining area and kitchen making relaxing together easy and enjoyable! There is a washer and dryer in the unit to save you from hauling too much luggage on your vacation!

Walk out the door in the dining area to sit on the main floor deck and enjoy the sounds of Ten Mile Creek or wander through the yard and go wading! The unit boasts 3 total decks, an attached garage (supplied with a cooler and camp chairs and sleds for the winter) and easy access to the clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pool(***Please note, pool will be CLOSED 1-26 May 2016), hot tubs and dry sauna.

Our condo’s location is ideal. Quick access to I-70 (but not TOO close!). We are 1½ blocks from Main Street and the Summit Stage bus stop. Main Street provides a wonderful array of shopping, dining and night life. The FREE Summit Stage will transport you to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge ski areas as well as take you around town plus over to Dillon and Silverthorn.  No need to drive anywhere!

Bonus: Our unit is PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED. Our manager is in town and on call 24 hours for emergencies involving the condo. They are available to coordinate all your pre-arrival needs from lift tickets to babysitters to stocking the condo with groceries!    Double Bonus: Our property manager has an agreement with a local business to rent any and all gear you need for your infant or toddler at a 5% discount! 

WE DO NOT DO SEASONAL RENTALS. Please don't ask, the answer is no.

We are sure you will love Frisco and feel right at home in our well furnished condo!

Our family has lived in Colorado off and on (mostly on) since 1988. We love to ski and fell in love with the wonderful town of Frisco. Real jobs keep us from living there full time so we do the next best thing - we own a condo there! We have an amazing time every time we visit. We love it in all seasons, there is always something fun to do in Frisco!

We fell in love at first sight. Our realtor took us to 8 properties in one day. This was the second we saw and nothing could even compare. The creek out the back door draws you out immediately. Then you add in the fantastic location and great amenities on site and it was a no brainier. We feel so lucky to have found Cross Creek!

What makes this condo unique

Where to start? Great access to Main St. Ten Mile Creek in the back yard. Free bus just a block away. Indoor/outdoor heated pool. Totally updated unit. Attached garage. Did I mention the creek out back?! Town of Frisco rocks! Easy access to I-70. Hot tubs. Washer/dryer in unit.

We had an amazing weekend. We did the Vail Pass ride and the weather was perfect - 65 degrees!! We rode around Frisco and just had a super enjoyable day. I feel like my time with all four boys is getting harder and harder to pull off, so when I can get it, it is really special. You guys have a great gig there. I hope you are able to sneak away often. I would be there all the time:).

Perfect mountain get-away!

We fell asleep to the sound of the river and felt a world away from the busy town just a few blocks away. This condo is decorated with a mountain feel but not over done. Fully stocked with everything you could ever need with lots of thoughtful extras. We definitely want to come back. You won't be disappointed!

Pleasant Stay...8 guests is a stretch

The house is nicely furnished and in a wonderful location. Most mountains are a short drive away, and you are close enough to town to grab food and supplies very quickly. The bedrooms are nice, as stated, there are two queen beds and one bunk bed. The bunk bed also has a pullout twin mattress. If you want everyone to have a bed, then the house realistically sleeps 7. Also, the twin mattress on the pullout bed is only good for children...any one heavier may feel the mattress sag enough to feel the wooden supports under the mattress. If you count, the couch, then yes the house does sleep 8. The two bathrooms upstairs are the only one with a shower and are directly connected to bedrooms. The master bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom, whereas the other bathroom is the entrance to the other bedroom. The fire does work, but it takes some effort to keep the logs aflame, so be ready to fan the fire occasionally. As for the pool and hot tub, they're literally across the street in a communal building. The hot tub was warm, and surprisingly the pool WAS HEATED. We didn't get to spend a whole lot of time in the area, but it was definitely a nice touch. Lastly, the house provided everything in terms of cooking utensils and dinnerware so it's not hard to whip up a meal. Overall, the stay was enjoyable. I would definitely return if I came back for boarding...albeit with a smaller group next time.

Great space for the whole family

We loved the space. It worked perfect for our family with three young boys and grandparents along for the trip. There was space for everyone to comfortably hang out in the evenings and the pool across the way was a hit. The boys also loved the creek behind the condo. It was also easy to jump on the free shuttle in the mornings and evenings back and forth to Copper Mtn for great days of skiing.

Frisco, Colorado is in the heart of the Rocky Mountains easily accessed by I-70. Main Street, Frisco is a hub of activity year round from shopping and dining to festivals and art shows to parks and playgrounds! At the end of Main Street is the Frisco Lakefront Park and Marina for all your watercraft needs. The Frisco paved bike path runs all through town and connects with bike paths to Copper Mountain, Dillon, Vail and Breckenridge. You pick the difficulty! The FREE Summit Stage will transport you all over Frisco and as far as Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. Both just short rides with delivery at the base of the ski slopes! Frisco is the ideal staging spot for multiple ski mountains including Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek and A Basin. For the shopper in the family, Outlets at Silverthorne with over 60 stores is a short drive down I-70. Come enjoy Frisco!
