The apartments are spacious and functional, well decorated and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchens. They consist of kitchen and living room, bathroom and bedroom. Each with double bed and a sofa bed for two. With access to terrace and Andalusian patio. They are well connected with easy access to bus lines, near the train station and 6 km from the airport.
The building is quiet and peaceful.
You will know and access on foot all the buildings, parks, gardens and monuments of Seville.
Near the main leverage points for nightlife if desired, Alameda Square, alfalfa, etc. With many bars and pubs with music and young atmosphere and you can comfortably walk back.
Visit the Torre del Oro, the cathedral and the Giralda, Real Alcazar, Maria Luisa Park, Santa Cruz, the Arsenal, the neighborhoods of Triana and Macarena. The comfort of a hotel and the independence of a home.

The Enladrillada Street: This is a long, narrow path leading from very close to the old Round perimeter which forms the perimeter of the walled area, and ends at the Plaza de San Román, and located in the center.
Is this a street that keeps the environmental flavor of old Seville, in its somewhat uneven and winding path, as in the buildings to be erected on either side of her own constructions mostly traditional domestic architecture, two or three floors, little or no contaminated by new constructive trends in recent decades.
Next to the apartment: In the final stretch of the street Sol de Sevilla, in a corner of the historic walled town, a unique building of s is retained. XV, called the Casa del Moro. It is one of the oldest domestic buildings in this city and a true architectural vestige of Gothic-Moorish style.
The house of the King Moro is emmarcada by a wide orchard between the streets Enladrillada, Sun and Marteles.

Good location, well equipped apartment
Located within walking distance of most main attractions. Apartment has wonderful kitchen, comfortable bed and washing machine is very handy.
We had friends visit a couple of nites and they found the futon to be comfortable. The apartment is equipped with maps and directions for many popular locations,.
Lidl, a major grocery store is a five minute walk.
Only drawback was a slight musty smell.

The apartment had everything we needed. The double bed, roll-away bed for a children, and double size couch/futon. This apartment had a book of maps and close by things to do and see to help us. There were a few small things in the pantry that really helped and extra rolls of toilet paper! The cute and quite neighborhood were charming. Thank you!

En general muy bien, ideal para tres personas, ya que el sofá cama es un poco pequeño .
La cocina estupenda , el baño un poco estrecho y la habitación grande y bonita. Muy adecuado para alojarse unos días en la ciudad.
Quiet, comfortable haven
The apartment was exactly as photographed, which rarely is the case. It was clean and well provisioned with the basic necessities. Marie Jose was there to greet us at the appointed time, with a range of information regarding the surrounds. The apartment was within easy walking distance to Seville center, sights and shopping. Stayed 4 weeks in this apartment.Very well equipped very nice kitchen.Very clean and tidy.Lots of information books etc.Maria easy to communicate with.
Location is great about 15 minutes to centre but many tapas bars etc close by.LIDL 5 minutes which is very easy on foot..Located on a nice street. Many buses nearby to get around but easy walking to explore different areas of the wonderful city of Seville.
Linda and Richard have been lovely guests and they have left the apartment in perfect condition.

Un puente estupendo
Alquilamos los dos apartamentos entre dos familia. Estuvimos muy bien. El centro muy cerca. Guardamos el coche en un parking y ya no lo tuvimos que sacar en todo el puente. La vivienda muy limpia, la cama muy cómoda. Todo estupendo. Lo recomiendo.
The apartment is in the heart of the Andalusian capital but also enjoy an environment of peace and quiet in the building and the street where it is located. Located in the historic and commercial center of Seville, near palaces, churches, courtyards and gardens, the House of Pilate, Churches of San Esteban, San Marcos, San Julián, the convent of Santa Paula, wall and Basilica of the Macarena. Jardines del Valle to five minutes. Taverns, restaurants and bars to enjoy Seville gastronomy five minutes from the apartment. Supermarkets. small shops and large shopping centers in the home environment to shop in comfort.
Along with the round Mary Help and Puerta Osario, artery of the city and forced numerous bus lines, 1 km from the Santa Justa stop Prado de San Sebastian 2 km underground passage. A 6 km from the airport of San Pablo.
