Lady Bird Lake is just three blocks south of the condo, where guests can enjoy the trails, rent a kayak, or take a spin at stand-up paddle boarding. Rainey Street is just blocks south of the property and the State Capitol is a few blocks to the north. The condo includes one covered parking space free of charge which is an added benefit since most this hip downtown area has paid-parking.
