This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 patio, 2 car garage home is in the 55+ community of Trilogy in the beautiful resort town of La Quinta, California. This unique property is very private and sits on the 6th hole tee box with views of the Coral mountains. An original Trilogy model home that is just steps away from the beautiful Santa Rosa clubhouse. The club house features an olympic size pool, tennis courts, gym, spa, lounge area, lakeside cafe, personal interest clubs, classes, community activities and much much more!

In addition, our home offers a large outdoor patio area complete with a spa-pool, gas BBQ Grill, comfortable patio chairs and fireside dining. The master suite has a king size bed, private patio, walk in closet and beautiful built -in shelving with HDTV. The second bedroom offers twin beds with adjacent full bath with tub. A third sleeping option (luxury queen size air mattress) is available.

The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite slab counter tops and an island with two bar stools. It comes fully equipped and is adjacent to the living area, & patio overlooking the golf course and the mountain view. A green space next to our property promotes more privacy and provides space for dogs or children to play!

What makes this house unique

Our Trilogy home is unique for several reasons. We have a green space on the right side of our property which allows not only more space but is quieter and adds more privacy.

We are within a very short walking distance (1 and 1/2 blocks) to the beautiful clubhouse, tennis courts and lakeside cafe.

Also, our home was designed with two connecting patios one with an inviting stone gas fireplace. Both boast a golf course view.

Great location

Amy, Jeff, and Kevin were absolutely fantastic with great customer service! We only had a few minor issues that were addressed and resolved immediately. The home was extremely clean and furnished well with everything that you need. The mountain and golf course views were spectacular from a nice sized well maintained hot tub. The patio(s) were beautiful with abundant high quality comfortable seating. The home is conveniently located near the spa/workout facility in a safe gated community. We plan on returning next summer for another 30-day vacation.

Luxury vacation home

The Moore's home is right on the golf course and only a few doors down the street from the clubhouse (an ideal location). Trilogy maintains the streets and the common grounds immaculately! The Trilogy facilities are first rate and the clubhouse is very lightly used so you can use them whenever you want to without crowds. Use of the clubhouse is $50 per person per month.

The Moore's home has everything needed to live like you would at home. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need and everything is well maintained. We enjoyed eating on the patio and occasionally using he spa which both overlook the golf course and clubhouse lake.

The property is about 15 to 20 minutes away from shopping so it does take a little time to get places so be prepared to drive quite a bit.

We highly recommend this property.

Superb place to be!

We spent 7 weeks here from mid-August through early October as a time-out from extensive road-tripping. This is a beautiful, comfortable and incredibly well stocked home. The setting in the Trilogy community has to be one of the very best--with drop-dead gorgeous views from nearly every room and extensive amenities as listed in previous reviews. FYI, Trilogy is at the far end of La Quinta (check its location on a map of the Palm Springs/Desert Cities Area), but we liked its seclusion from malls and traffic! The owners, the Moores, were great. Immediately responsive if there was a glitch. We worked mostly with Kevin Moore, the property manager and son of the owners, and he couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. We hope to stay again at this home! It's quite wonderful!

Went by to fast

We spent the month of Mid April to Mid May in Amy and Jeff's VRBO at Trilogy in La Quinta. The house is very comfortable, and there are a lot of seating areas outside. We took advantage of the fitness center at the clubhouse, as it is only a short walk away from the house. The outdoor pools were heated to a very comfortable temperature even though we were there when it was very hot. The pickle Ball courts (there are 2) were in excellent shape and we were able to reserve court time on line whenever we wanted to. The other people at Trilogy are very friendly and there is always some kind of functions to attend. The food and entertainment at the Golf club is very good.

what's not to like

This home has it all: golf course views, mountain views, outdoor fireplace, two patios, comfortble beds, close to clubhouse with great fitness center, and hot tub. We had to call Jeff and Amy about getting the hot tub to heat and they had a technician there very quickly. It is comfortably decorated and furnished.
