This lovely, newly updated condo is located in the middle of town, within one block of the vibrant Main St of Breckenridge, Colorado with its more than 25 wonderful restaurants, lively bars and huge selection of shops of all kinds. Take a quiet stroll down Breckenridge's famous Riverwalk with its parks, seasonal festivals, concert venue, or stock up with goodies at the full service grocery store that is just an easy 3-block walk away. Summer or winter Breckenridge is packed with enough activities to keep you and your family busy from dawn to dark and beyond.

A free shuttle bus stop is just across the street providing transportation to both the ski resort's village and Peak Eight and Nine. The Summit Stage also has a bus stop very nearby and provides FREE transportation throughout all of Summit County, including Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapaho Basin, Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne with its 80+ Factory Outlet Stores.

This well located condominium complex has many amenities for your enjoyment. In the summer the seasonal swimming pool will keep the kids happily splashing and the 2 year-round outdoor hot tubs are sure to ease those tired muscles after a long day of skiing or biking. A picnic area is also provided, complete with a grill, tables and chairs as is a laundry room with coin-op washers and dryers.

Great Room: The well decorated living room has a new queen sleeper sofa and loveseat arranged before a cozy wood burning fireplace and a 27' color cable TV with DVD player and VCR. A wood table with 6 matching chairs graces the dining area and a wall of windows off the dining area open onto a 6' x 10' covered and semi-enclosed deck.

The efficient, step-saver kitchen has lots of cabinets and is fully equipped with everything you might need. Enjoy the new full size appliances which include an easy to clean glass cook-top stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker and a dishwasher. Plenty of cookware and ovenware is provided including a crock-pot, electric fry pan, blender, toaster, electric can opener and a big roaster. Also for your convenience a half bath opens off of the entryway with its ski storage and bench seat.

Sleeping Accommodations: With bedding for up to 8 people this condo is not only comfortable but is also a very economical place to spend your leisure time. The large master bedroom suite has a king bed, TV and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and contains not only a queen bed but a daybed with a pop-up trundle as well. And a 3/4 bath is conveniently located just across the hall.

We are Colorado natives born and raised in the Denver area. We have 4 grown children, 9 grandchildren, three great granddaughters and two great grandsons. They all live in Colorado and we have many fond memories of spending time together.

It was always a dream of ours to own a place in Breckenridge and in 1992 we were blessed to find just the right place...Ski Hill unit #24!

What makes this condo unique

The greatest benefit is its location. Being one block from Main Street and with bus service right outside the door makes it an ideal place to spend time. For the skiers in our family, they love that the gondola is just a block away. With that and 4 O'clock run coming down across the street it is now a ski in/ski out location!

Great Condo! Great Location!

This lovely Ski Hill Condo is perfectly located- one block from everything in Breck-the Gondola, the Four O'Clock lift, Main Street, great restaurants. The condo itself has everything you would need. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied. There's even a fireplace.

Another benefit is the covered parking and the elevator nearly to the front door of the condo.

Very easy to load/unload the car.

The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with, even when I couldn't find the outside trash bin that I passed by numerous times.

Very cute, comfortable condo!

We loved this location! We were able to walk downtown and drive to the grocery store easily. And bonus is the elevator! In the mornings we walked to the gondola and in the afternoon we skied down gondola base run and it's an easy walk both ways. Condo is comfortable, and the beds are great. The heated floors in the bathroom are awesome!! We loved being able to control the temperature in different areas of the condo. The hot tub is right around the corner and wasn't crowded. Great price, great location, and the owners were wonderful! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Breck! Thank you Trebers!

Great location and very nice condo.

We stayed there with a family of 4 last week. The condo was great. Less than two blocks from main street and the gondola and well furnished and in good condition. Much better than several others we have stayed at in Breck.

We had a great time at the condo. It was incredibly easy to get into town for strolling, shopping and dining. The condo was very comfortable, clean and in great condition. It was everything we could have wanted for our family vacation.

Great winter break.

We enjoyed the codo and recommend it. There is a bus stop about 20 yard from the property that will take you to 2 lifts if you do not want to walk to the gondola which is about 125 yards from the property. You can ski to about 25 yards from the property on the 4 o clock run. There are many restaurants near the condo and they all are within walking distance. Over all we were very happy and would stay there again.
