About Steve and Terry
We first met in India in 1987 while backpacking. In 1990 we married, bought our house and started a family. We took many trips with our children to Africa, Thailand, Cambodia, Peru, India and Europe. Now that our kids are in college and beyond, we spend our time running, hiking and travelling.
Steve and Terry purchased this Apartment in 1990
Why Steve and Terry chose Wallingford
We love our neighborhood for many reasons. We are so close to Green Lake and other running routes. All of our activities are walkable, and the freeways are close enough when we need them. The number 16 bus is around the corner and takes us to the Art Museum and Symphony downtown as well as the Chihuly Glass Museum at Seattle Center. On a whimsical day, we may walk to the zoo and explore the Fremont neighborhood.
What makes this Apartment unique
It's nice to be able to walk almost everywhere we go, yet an hour's drive gets us into the mountains. Newly remodeled, we paid attention to details.

Always glad to be back in our Seattle home away from home.
Extremely clean and comfortable. Quiet street with everything you need nearby. Great walkability and other transportation options nearby. Thanks again Steve and Terry. We will be back!
Enjoyed our stay
The flat was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and spic and span.
Lovely neighborhood. We would choose this flat on a return trip to Seattle.
Great place. Great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!
Cozy, Comfortable, and Convenient
Overview, pictures, and reviews of this lovely Green Lake flat were spot-on! We chose this location because of its close proximity to our daughter and son-in-law's home as we welcomed their new daughter (our first grandchild!) We even managed to squeeze in a few walks around Green Lake! All amenities that make a stay so comfortable--from a thoughtfully-appointed kitchen to toiletries in bath area--were included. And as my son commented, "What's not to love about a VRBO that includes a Growler you can get filled at Elysian? (A great bar up the street!)" Thank you Steve, Terry, and Genna, for a wonderful experience. With a new grand baby in Seattle, we hope to be back soon!

Perfect for us
We chose this as it was only three blocks from our kids and grandkids. It has everything you might need or want and the "extras" were a nice touch. Everything worked perfectly, bed was super comfortable quiet location and parking was not a problem.. Very quiet location but only a block from Zoka, a fabulous coffee spot. Will return
Quiet apt. Great location wonderful bed close to coffee! It's perfect
This is a beautiful apartment in tangletown. Walking distance to green lake and coffee and donuts! Everything you need is there or close by. It's the perfect spot for enjoying Seattle
We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! We are lucky to be located in such close proximity to restaurants and coffee shops. We are glad you found the bed comfortable, we took time to carefully select the mattress. Hope you’ll return to stay with us again!
