About Bronwyn Douglas Pedano

My family has been a part of The Sonoita Valley for over 50 years. We originally owned what is now called The Vera Earl Cattle Ranch. The family decided to sell the cattle ranch, but keep about 250 acres so that we could still enjoy the beauty of the area!

Bronwyn Douglas Pedano purchased this house in 1950

Old ranch house surround by nature & quiet. Perfect place for friends and I to relax and unwind.

  • 5 of 5

Owners were quick to reply and answer any questions. I didn't have any problems and trip exceeded my expectations. My friends and I were here for 6 weeks and had a great time. House perfectly met my needs. Lots to see and do, I recommend Kartchner Caverns, Bisbee, Patagonia Audubon, and hiking galore. It is only 1 hour to Tucson so while but a bit of a drive 'town' things easily accessible.

Peaceful retreat, especially for bird watching!

  • 5 of 5

Excellent place for nature watching, especially birding. We saw an amazing amount of southeast Arizona bird species we had never seen before, antelope and deer strolled by also.

The views are beautiful.

The house was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need!

We actually had the opportunity to meet one of the owners and she was helpful and very nice.

Authentic, southwest experience!

  • 5 of 5

This house is very comfortable, well equipped and had such a homey feeling. It is just as described and photographed in the listing. We loved the solitude of its location. The cows waiting at the gate each morning always gave us humor to start our day! Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has more supplies than we've had at other rentals. Owners extremely quick to answer our questions. Highly recommend and we hope to return again.

Great location in beautiful Arizona wine country! Quiet, quaint, and with great amenities!

  • 5 of 5

Should note that the roof does expand and contract at night and makes for a few loud thumps in the night....not bad once you realize it's not someone on the roof!

Aside from that small detail, we had a fantastic stay! Will definitely return and recommend to friends!
