It has a small town feel and you can literally ride your bike to everything! We love the fresh organic Mother's Market that is just blocks away! Greenleaf Cafe that serves organic fresh foods and La Cave Restaurant's steaks and seafood with a romantic grotto atmosphere.

We purchased this home because we love the ocean and the Back Bay is so beautiful. It is the perfect place for a walk with the dogs or a bike ride. Close to freeways, shopping, South Coast Mall, Sergerstrom Center for the Arts, Disneyland, Newport Beaches, lots of delicious sushi restaurants, Orange County Fair Grounds, John Wayne Airport... the list goes on!!! It is so convenient to getting to activities and entertainment!
