Living room and dining room both have sliding doors to the patio and back yard. Patio includes table and eight chairs and gas grill.
Living room has large flat screen TV with large comfy sofa for lounging.
Includes washer and dryer in the 2 car garage. There is parking also in the driveway and on street parking in front. Plenty of parking.

About Keverne Collison
We lived in this home and absolutely loved it. We wanted to share our home with others and let them enjoy our quaint Eastside Costa Mesa. It is like no other town! It has a small town feel and you can literally ride your bike to everything! We love the fresh organic Mother's Market that is just blocks away! Greenleaf Cafe that serves organic fresh foods and La Cave Restaurant's steaks and seafood with a romantic grotto atmosphere.

We purchased this home because we love the ocean and the Back Bay is so beautiful. It is the perfect place for a walk with the dogs or a bike ride. Close to freeways, shopping, South Coast Mall, Sergerstrom Center for the Arts, Disneyland, Newport Beaches, lots of delicious sushi restaurants, Orange County Fair Grounds, John Wayne Airport... the list goes on!!! It is so convenient to getting to activities and entertainment!
What makes this Townhome unique
We especially love our home on the 4th of July! You can walk or ride your bike to Back Bay and watch at least 5-6 sets of fireworks right from there!

Perfect location for a family vacation
The kitchen was perfect. It had great space to fit all 7 of us. It is perfectly located for short drives to all the different amusement parks. It was perfect and if we head to cali again we will definitely be staying here.
Kitchen Perfect for Bakers
Wonderful place to stay. I loved having the private garage for parking. There was easy access into the property from the garage. We were there for Christmas so when it came time for me to bake, I found I was equipped with an 11 cup Kitchenaid processor, a hand mixer, measuring spoons and cups as well as cookie sheets and cake pans. At first I only found one cake pan but later found the other in a drawer underneath the stove. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of linen was supplied for our 7 night stay, including extra blankets if needed. The hot water took a minute or two to warm up but not a deal breaker we still give this place five stars. The owners were very accommodating to our needs as we did arrive earlier than the normal check in. Friendly neighbors as well. Very nice pool and hot tub area and grill. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, bright and airy home.
Great condo! Condo very comfortable with all we needed plus good access yo Everything!
Very comfortable condo a block from excellent walking/running/biking trails and also very accessible to airport, beaches, shopping, restaurants and anything else you may want! Several organic markets easy to get to.
Landlord always available if needed; Remotes for heating and air had been switched and landlord popped right over to fix things.
We were there for a wedding so had our time was prescribed but it was easy to relax in the condo in the time we had.
Very Clean condo, linens were plentiful and good, kitchen is well appointed, washer and dryer are right in garage and LR furniture is comfortable.
We’d return to this condo.
We highly recommend it.
Great Location with ample space
There were four of us staying at this property. Keverne and Steve couldn't have been more accommodating. We had ample space to move around without being in each other's way. Each of the bedrooms were a good size as well. We were close to everything with easy access to freeways, dining, etc. We entertained some family members who live in the area and they were really impressed with the condo and the space. There were plenty of utensils, dinnerware, glasses, etc. We had use of the washer and dryer. Added bonus was the pool. Would definitely want to stay here again.

Clean, bright and beachy with a convenient location to all the beaches and southern cal attractions.
This property is ideal for families as it has 2.5 baths and 3 bedrooms. The home has a beach theme and had clean and fresh feeling. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, not to mention an outside grill and eating area. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and tennis courts as great family time when we were not at the beach. The garage was a nice plus.

Location, Location! Situated in Charming Eastside Costa Mesa on the edge of the beautiful Back Bay Reserve and within biking or walking distance to restaurants and shops. Away from the crowds of the beach but located close enough to enjoy the abundance of quaint and five star restaurants and beach activities! Less than 4 miles to Balboa Island, the Penninsula and the Wedge. Enjoy activities such as paddle boarding, snorkling, the Fun Zone, whale watching, Duffy boat and so much more! Minutes to upscale shopping and dining at Fashion Island. Enjoy a drive down Coast Highway toward Laguna Beach and visit loads of artists shops and the Sawdust Festival. Just 15 minutes from Disneyland. San Diego is an hour drive south. Big Bear and Arrowhead are just 2 hours inland.
