Living room and dining room both have sliding doors to the patio and back yard. Patio includes table and four chairs and gas grill.
Living room has large flat screen TV with large L shaped comfy sofa for lounging.
Includes washer and dryer in the 2 car garage. There is parking also in the driveway and on street parking in front. Plenty of parking.
We lived in this home and absolutely loved it.
We wanted to share our home with others and let them enjoy our quaint Eastside Costa Mesa. It is like no other town! It has a small town feel and you can literally ride your bike to everything! We love the fresh organic Mother's Market that is just blocks away! Greenleaf Cafe that serves organic fresh foods and La Cave Restaurant's steaks and seafood with a romantic grotto atmosphere.

We purchased this home because we love the ocean and the Back Bay is so beautiful. It is the perfect place for a walk with the dogs or a bike ride. Close to freeways, shopping, South Coast Mall, Sergerstrom Center for the Arts, Disneyland, Newport Beaches, lots of delicious sushi restaurants, Orange County Fair Grounds, John Wayne Airport... the list goes on!!! It is so convenient to getting to activities and entertainment!
We especially love our home on the 4th of July! You can walk or ride your bike to Back Bay and watch at least 5-6 sets of fireworks right from there!
My family and I stayed at the condo on March 28 through April 3, 2015. My son is 8 years old and my daughter is 11 years old. The kids immediately ran upstairs to select their rooms which was resolved very easily as each bedroom is nicely decorated and appropriate for anyone of any age. And, of course, we got the master bedroom which is quite spacious and very appealing.
My wife is dentist and is very finicky with hygiene. She approved of the linen, bathrooms, kitchen etc..
I was fond of the big comfortable couch while I watched television. My wife knitted, the kids played, swam, and were just happy. The ambience is very relaxing and comfortable; one that makes you forget about everyday life. We really didn't leave the condo very much at all except for the walks on the Back Bay and the beach. The condo is very well furnished with everything you need, even to bake!
We plan to make this vacation a yearly tradition.

Lovely home. So clean and well taken care of. It was so cozy and full of light that waking up in the morning was easy as pie.
We stayed in Steve and Keverne's condo for Thanksgiving week and it was perfect for us. We were visiting an elderly aunt for the holiday and spent a lot of time at her house, but mornings were filled with great walks/hikes on the Back Bay trails, just two blocks from the condo.
The kitchen was well stocked with nice knives, a Keurig coffee maker, and all you need to prepare and eat meals. The back yard was nice for our dogs and gave them an opportunity to get outside as was the green belt area out the back gate. We did not use the pool or tennis court but they were well maintained and would be a treat.
Location was great as well - a quick 7 minute drive to John Wayne airport and an easy 10-15 min drive to the beach and Balboa peninsula. Steve and Keverne were gracious hosts and were very accommodating. We recommend this spot and will stay here again when we return!
We loved this property. It was clean and very up to date. It even had A/C, which was a big plus as we were there during temperatures in the high 90's. It has a great common area on the first floor with a large sectional couch in the TV room. This was a great place to congregate, but the upstairs bedrooms were spaced out to allow for privacy as well.
There is a secured patio with a grill that made for fun evenings dining outside.
The location is great. I enjoyed walks to Starbucks (maybe a mile) but even in early mornings or late nights I felt safe.
The property is very easy to get to if you are arriving at John Wayne International or coming from the beach. It is always very close to the back bay which offers great running/walking and biking trails.
The garage was a bonus and that is where the washer and dryer was located, which was a huge bonus for us.
I would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting the OC , and I look forward to staying in this property again as we visit once a year. We found a true GEM!!!!
Our family had a wonderful time here. Great location. The home was nicely decorated and clean. (Some stains on the off-white carpeting on the stairs – having small children with us, I was fine with this!) Very comfortable, large living room sofa. Kitchen was well stocked. They provide a bounty of towels, bath & beach, which was really appreciated since we were a large group. The communal grounds are attractive and the pool is very close by -- just a two-minute walk. We LOVED the pool. It’s a junior size salt-water Olympic pool. We were there every day. I would unquestionably stay here again and wouldn’t list the following as a con since it really wasn’t a big issue for us, but there’s no closed area for the toilet in the beautiful en suite master bedroom/bathroom. It’s just tucked in corner, shielded by a partial wall. But there was another bathroom on the 2nd floor and as well as one downstairs so it was fine. Also wanted to note that Keverne was very responsive answering questions, both during our stay and afterwards when we thought our granddaughter left her prescription glasses behind!
Great location and the property owner had done a very tasteful job with the decoration. Neighbors were all quite friendly. When we first moved in, we found that some of the amenities were old and in need of either replacement or repair. This is understandable with an old property and the property owner were quite responsive to our inquiries, however, the responses were often filled with strong frustrations, both in person and through email.
Examples of amenity issues: 1) Air conditioner made lound noises even when it was turned off for 4~5 hours. We notified the property owner about 10 days before checking out of the property but no one ever came to repair it. 2) One of the children we travelled with was cut by a nail in the carpet. 3) No hood in the kitchen so it took time for the smell from the cooking to dissapate.
We came in for our daughter's college graduation, meeting up with our older kids. This property was perfect! Great location, close to freeways, but local stores were conveniently nearby. Back Bay trail is just down the street. Comfortable furnishings, BBQ, open well-stocked kitchen. Owner was very responsive to any questions. A real winner!
Location, Location! Situated in Charming Eastside Costa Mesa on the edge of the beautiful Back Bay Reserve and within biking or walking distance to restaurants and shops. Away from the crowds of the beach but located close enough to enjoy the abundance of quaint and five star restaurants and beach activities! Less than 4 miles to Balboa Island, the Penninsula and the Wedge. Enjoy activities such as paddle boarding, snorkling, the Fun Zone, whale watching, Duffy boat and so much more! Minutes to upscale shopping and dining at Fashion Island. Enjoy a drive down Coast Highway toward Laguna Beach and visit loads of artists shops and the Sawdust Festival. Just 15 minutes from Disneyland. San Diego is an hour drive south. Big Bear and Arrowhead are just 2 hours inland.
