Our family has owned this property for over 10 years! We enjoy the heat and cool water. We live in California and just can't get out there as much as we would like.

We bought this property because we love the river. We always went to Havasu but it bacame too crowded and not very family friendly. So we found this great home in the perfect location.

Waterfront property, but the property is very dates and needs a lot of TLC/renovations .

Although the property is in a good location, the property is in need of renovations, very dated.

My wife had a horrible experience with the cleaning lady. Cleaning lady arrived at 1115am yelling at my wife to get out, she stated she had other guests arriving, although we understand the checkout time, I was putting gas in our vehicle and didn't want to have my newborn in a hot car while I put gas. Her behavior demeanor was horrible and inappropriate.

Just Ok - great for Adults only

I want to be as honest as possible with my experience with this property. First off the owner Ryan is very nice, quick to respond and very accommodating. As to the property there are pros and cons. The house is very dated and felt old. The views from the back patio and yard are beautiful of the lake however the location was kind of remote. Its at the far end of the river, felt like we were close to the dam side because there was no through traffic. We were in some kind of cove/cul-de-sac on the water, so if you like a secluded area then this would suit you. The good thing about it was less water traffic to boat and jet ski which was great. There are other houses in this area along the river but just not a very active area. We come for the action on the river so this was not what we preferred. The biggest con was there was no area for the children to play on the river, no beach area so the beach you see in the picture belongs to the neighbors and they are Not sharing. They were very rude to us and insisted we stay off their property, so if you have kids they will have to play around the boat docs and rocks that you see in the picture which is not ideal. There is a really nice yard area over looking the lake which is great for the kids to play, there's a bbq grill and ping pong table so you can definitely picnic and watch the jet skies go by. I would probably not rent this place again because its dated and there's no where for the kids to play safely on the river. This is my personal experience.

Owner's Response: Ed I would first like to thank you for the kind words about myself. I would like to apologize for the issues on the home but I have to admit I am a bit perplexed. Now where have I advertised a beachfront property on the listing. The main picture shows a beach to the left but is clearly 2-3 houses down. I agree with the home being dated and older, however, none of the pictures showed anything less than that. I can't control how much activity is on the river or how the neighbors feel about you being on their property. I am not in the business of deceiving anyone with description and/or pictures of the property. As for being close to the dam and far down the river I can't really answer that cause it's a little contradicting. The house is 15 mins down river from the casinos and 15 mins up from the Avi. Right in the middle of those two. The river goes all the way to Havasu which is 1hr and 30mins from the home. The plan is to slowly update kitchen and bathroom cabinets throughout the year. It's a little hard since the house is booked till Oct and most remodels take some time. I again am sorry you didn't have a great stay! I don't believe this home deserved the 3 star rating.

Great place!

House was perfect for our large group!! Great location! Owner was always readily available for questions! The large kitchen made the trip when it was time to feed 12 people! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic home. My family and I had a great time here.

Such a great home with lots of room. I brought my wife and 6 kids and it was a perfect size for everyone to stretch out and enjoy themselves. The owner was very nice and extremely responsive to requests. We had a problem with the internet when we first arrived so I texted Ryan. He responded to my text right away and was able to take care of the problem for us. Truth be told I was glad the internet wasn't working ! The best part for us was when we were down at our own private dock swimming around in the water. Normally the river has a pretty swift current but this property is in the perfect the location where the current isn't a problem and the kids could swim in the beautiful shallow water. We will definitely stay at this home again.
