This apartment is situated in a fourplex apartment building in the perfect location. Near the restaurants and bars, but far enough away to avoid the associated issues. Complete interior redo performed this year with modern fixtures, granite countertops and wood flooring. Enjoy the beach or bay with each being just steps away. Miles of boardwalk await for biking, skate boarding, roller blading or walking.
This building has been in the family for a half century. I have fond memories as a kid of summers here enjoying all the beach and bay have to offer. My kids love all this area has to offer as will yours.
Ashley Franklin purchased this apartment in 2012
Located on a small strip of land between Mission Bay and Mission Beach, it has two distinctive experiences. The bay is quiet for young kids and leisure. All the beach has to offer is just one block away. The restaurants and bars are nearby as is Belmont Park.
Many properties in central Mission Bay are dated, but this unit is brand new inside. It has A/C, which few in the area offer. TVs in every room along with WiFi Internet. Pay a hotel price for the privacy of a two bedroom.

Loved the condo everything they said it would be and more. The property was clean well maintained with lots of needed paper goods, appliances and coffee cups!Owner was easy to contact and there were no problems.
Tons of things to do nearby loved the beach view from the deck and being so close to the beach.
Would stay there again whenever we are back in San Diego
We were able to book this property during the week of Comic con when everything was booked up. It had plenty of room for our family of four (2 bedrooms and 1 bath). The master has a queen sized bed and the other room has a full on full bunk with a trundle underneath. The property is located close to Belmont Park and directly in between the bay and the ocean. It did not have a great first impression being right on the street and the outside has a little bit of ocean wear, but the inside is nicely updated and clean. It is on the second floor so you're slightly above the street noise. A shared laundry room is available directly beneath the unit. The washer is free and the dryer is $1.50. There is also a parking space right next to the building so you don't have to park on the street. The owner did a great job of providing the necessities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. I plan on booking again in the future.
The place was nice. Unfortunately no good restaurants close by. Didn't mind the walking, but expected more restaurants around. No grocery stores close by either. Traffic noise, being located on Mission. When we arrived put some items in the fridge. Realized about 4 hours later that it wasn't working. Freezer ok. Called management company, he said to unplug, wait a minute and plug back in. That they have this problem with this type of fridge. Also said that he may last 3 to 4 days. Not a good thing to hear. Did send out his partner the next day. Very nice, checked out the unit and didn't see a problem. My concern was buying food to cook there and fridge would not be working in a few days. Didn't like that part. Fortunately we didn't have any further problem with it. The only other thing was the cable connection in the master bedroom. Poor reception, kept losing signal. Great location for beach side or bay side. Enjoyed that convenience.
The description of the location and photos were very accurate. The condo was in excellent condition.
The #8 bus stop (less than 500 ft.) takes you to Old Town Transit Center where you could catch other bus lines, the trolley, the coaster, Amtrack, and the Pacific Surfliner, so you don't need a car. We used public transportation to visit Old Town, take the harbor tour, take the beach trolley tour, and go to Del Mar Horsetrack.
The beach is across the street (one block) and the bay is in back (1/2 block). There is a wooden roller coaster plus other rides along with a minature golf course across from Belmont Park which is approximately 8 blocks from the condo - take the beach walkway for a great view while walking. We used the beach walkway and walked to Pacific Beach. (You can also take the #8 bus to Pacific Beach.)
The owner was extremely helpful and prompt in answering all questions we had before & during our trip.
This condo is on the second floor, so if climbing stairs is difficult for you, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this property to friends & relatives.
We had a fantastic time and hope to stay there again!
Located on Mission Blv., which is the arterial road running parallel to miles of beautiful white sand beaches. Extra wide boardwalk along beach and a less busy one along the bay.
