Luxury two story loft in the heart of trendy LoDo. Mountain views, three large outdoor terraces and an attached two car garage make this the perfect downtown getaway. Great for families or groups traveling for business, sporting events or destination vacations. Centrally located in downtown Denver, with a walkscore of 95%, it is four blocks to the Convention Center, Pepsi Center and Rockies Stadium. Park your car and walk or shuttle to all the dining and entertainment venues that abound in beautiful, vibrant downtown Denver.

This loft is built around a private open-air atrium which provides additional natural light, unheard of in most downtown spaces. The main level has an open floor plan with living, dining and large gourmet kitchen containing stainless appliances, granite counters and windows that look out to the atrium. French doors lead to an outdoor terrace perfect for al fresco dining or barbequing. This level also contains an office/bedroom with a queen size murphy bed, a ¾ bath with steam shower and large media room containing two oversized leather couches, a 60” flat screen TV, stereo system, air hockey table and a large walk-in wet bar perfect for entertaining.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms, a large outdoor terrace, 2 baths and a sizable laundry room. The spacious master bedroom has French doors leading to the outdoor terrace for you to enjoy your morning coffee or nightcap in the over 300 sunny days in Denver. The outdoor terrace is arguably one of the best private terraces in Denver with views of the mountains, Invesco and the Pepsi Center. The master bath has a two-person jetted tub, Euro shower, double sinks and enclosed water closet. This loft is amazing!!!

This loft looks exactly like it does in all the pictures. It is very nicely decorated, clean, well appointed and right in the middle of all that Denver has to offer. My family of 6 stayed for 4 nights and we could not have been happier with how spacious and comfortable the loft was. The lift was necessary for my elderly mom as there are many steps in the home, but it functioned flawlessly and helped her move easily between the floors. The owner, Kim, is great to deal with and is very responsive. We were celebrating a special occasions and she even provided dinner recommendations keeping in mind the size and makeup of our party. We will definitely be back for years to come!

Beautiful Loft in downtown Denver

Our family gathered from around the country for a wedding nearby. My husband said the loft was the best, and made the special event so comfortable. Sharing the gourmet kitchen with my foodie family was fun, the den with air hockey was a hit, and the comfy leather couches, but everyone loved the outdoor spaces and firepit. My motherinlaw loved the euro elevator as she can't do the stairs. The garage was wonderful for guests. Loved our stay!

Exactly as described. Loved it!

This property was fantastic and was very well equipped for the group of 5 we had. Everything about the property was high quality from kitchen appliances/supplies, bedding, showers and towels. The location was very convenient to everything and the multiple balconies and atrium were great for just relaxing at the place. The owners were very responsive and proactive throughout the booking process and checking in and out was a breeze as a result. Would definitely recommend this property and will 100% be staying here again when I make it back to Denver.

Amazing loft and location

We wanted to stay in Denver for a couple weeks. We looked at many spaces, but this LoDo loft was unique and breathtaking. We ended up extending our stay, given the ample space and great location. The surrounding area has great restaurants, bars and shops. The loft owners and management were terrific. We will be back.

Gorgeous loft, best location

We were 8 people, in town for my son's wedding, and we could not have picked a better spot.

The loft is beautiful and spacious. Several distinct spaces (living room, media room, atrium and terrace) allow guests to spread out and have some privacy. But the main living space accommodates a large group gathering comfortably.

The house was well stocked and equipped, and beautifully maintained.

The location cannot be beat. Right in the heart of Lodo, short walk to bars, restaurants, shopping, Cherry Creek Trail and 16th street line.

In short, a perfect home for a group. We hope to be back soon!
