Luxury two story loft in the heart of trendy LoDo. Mountain views, three large outdoor terraces and an attached two car garage make this the perfect downtown getaway. Great for families or groups traveling for business, sporting events or destination vacations. Centrally located in downtown Denver, with a walkscore of 95%, it is four blocks to the Convention Center, Pepsi Center and Rockies Stadium. Park your car and walk or shuttle to all the dining and entertainment venues that abound in beautiful, vibrant downtown Denver.

This loft is built around a private open-air atrium which provides additional natural light, unheard of in most downtown spaces. The main level has an open floor plan with living, dining and large gourmet kitchen containing stainless appliances, granite counters and windows that look out to the atrium. French doors lead to an outdoor terrace perfect for al fresco dining or barbequing. This level also contains an office/bedroom with a queen size murphy bed, a ¾ bath with steam shower and large media room containing two oversized leather couches, a 60” flat screen TV, stereo system, air hockey table and a large walk-in wet bar perfect for entertaining.

Truly stunning condo with a unbelievable location

Beautiful well equipped condo. An amazing place that host our family unbelievably comfortably. Spaciously filled with great indoor and multiple outdoor areas. It seem countless on the activities and food spots, so easy to get to by the mall bus. I'm horrible at reviews but not telling the world how amazing this condo is would be a true crime. A breeze process and would rental again in a heartbeat

Great Location and Lovely Apartment

Our stay at Kim's and Bob's lovely loft in downtown Denver was perfect. Arrangements for the stay were easy to make as Kim answered emails within a day, and the apartment is exactly as pictured . The location of the loft offers easy access to excellent restaurants, museums (use the mall shuttle), and theater/musical events. Arrival at and departure from the loft went smoothly as all codes and directions are easy to follow. In the loft, we found the beds to be very comfortable, the kitchen has all the basic supplies, and extra supplies for the bedrooms/bathrooms are available. Four of us stayed in this spacious loft and enjoyed the space, location and friendly hosts.....definitely recommend this loft.

Denver VRBO Loft with our Children

What a beautiful loft you have Kim. It was so wonderful to be with our children in one spot rather than separate hotel rooms. The loft is only 1 block off the 16th St. Mall area - close to all shopping and restaurants and yet, still quiet enough for sleeping at night - evidently very good insulation as we slept like babies. The living room area, dining room table, and balcony areas were all large enough to easily accommodate the 8 of us and more.

The only minor issues we ran into were burned out light bulbs. We found some spare in the laundry room and changed out one bulb in a lamp in the bedroom with 2 single beds. I know there are others out in the following areas: one above the left sink in Master bathroom, lights out in master bedroom balcony, and one high light in the NW corner of the living room area. There were also a couple outlets w/o power, but plenty others available.

Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend a stay at Kim's loft. Thanks again.

Owner's Response: Thanks Kevin, I'm glad you had a good time and for letting me know about the burnt out bulbs. We replaced them promptly and adjusted the wall switches where necessary for the other lights to work properly. There are so many wall switches, that it's easy for renters to inadvertently flip a switch that turns off an outlet or light.

The inside of the home is immaculate and absolutely perfect!!! We could have stayed there forever!

We couldn't have had a better stay! The home was spacious enough where the eight of us could have our own space. The beds were super comfy and we absolutely loved playing air hockey!!!

The only recommendation that I would make is to have a better lock on the front door. We would have felt safer entering in and out of this entrance then the alley way.

Everything else was absolute perfection and the home owners were so wonderful when we called to ask questions!!!!

Great loft for a family vacation

This loft was very spacious-the perfect size for our family of 8 adults with small children. The description and pictures on the website were very accurate. It was clean and we had everything we needed! The air hockey table was a hit! You definitely get your exercise, as it was a long staircase from the street to the main floor, and another long staircase to the second floor. But that also made it seem more private and quiet, not having the entrance directly off the street. The location was ideal-we were able to walk to great restaurants and fun activities. We especially enjoyed the Escape Room, a tour of Coors Field and took a short drive to visit Red Rocks Amphitheater. It was nice to have a garage to park our cars. Very close restaurants that had great food (and drinks) were the Rio Grand Mexican Restaurant, Euclid Hall Bar and Kitchen and Snooze. Overall, it was a great place to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our children and grandbabies !
