This is a one bedroom condo on the first floor of a three floor building. It has 1 1/2 baths, a full modern open kitchen with bar opening to a large great room with a private screened porch overlooking a pool and the ocean. Appointed nicely with lots of storage. Television with DVD player in great room. Television in bedroom. Full bath directly off bedroom. Very private, yet open.

About Warren Sowell

We bought this condo to enjoy with our your son and daughter at the pool and private beach. This past July 4th there were only 58 people on the entire beach. Great for kids or just for walking. Now we have a young daughter and she loves it! Since Harbor Island is a private, gated community, there is very little traffic and almost all families here. We are about 12 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, a great town full of wonderful restaurants and historic treasures. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as our family does.

Why Warren Sowell chose Low Country & Resort Islands

When we were searching for a little piece of heaven we noticed Harbor Island. We did not want a 'touristy' place to vacation. We visited on Memorial day. We were sold. Plus, all the pools on the Island make choices of where to go even easier. We love it.

What makes this condo unique

Privacy and little noise. Standing in the kitchen and looking at the ocean and the pool through the palm trees. Spending time on the screened in porch on cool evenings. It's all good.

Very uncomfortable

I know Matthew did a lot of damage to this area,but the condo smells terribly of mold and mildew, as well the whole building, to the point where it was making me sick and we left early. Plus the owner needs to update the place with some clean bathmats, new towels, a few lamps in the living room that allows you to read after sundown, and maybe a coffee table would be nice. We have stayed on Harbor Island many times and this place was not nice. Not even chairs and a table on the deck. A little money could go a long way to making this place decent. The threadbare sheets and towels and disgustingly dirty pineapple mats need to go. The owner is very nice though and I hope he takes this in a positive approach and update the place a bit.

Owner's Response: I am really surprised by these comments. Both before and after these guests stayed with us we received four and five star ratings. They should have called me immediately with their concerns and we would have addressed them. They did not. We continue to receive high ratings and certainly listen to our guest comments

Nice and quiet!

Very clean and quiet. Exactly what we wanted, rest and relaxation. Very clean inside and the suggestions for eating were absolutely great. Food was excellent. Spent some time at Bay St in Beaufort and the whole area was excellent. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the great stay.

Owner was outstanding

We actually never stayed here because of Hurricane Matthew. However the owner Warren was amazing; he stayed in touch with us and immediately tried to reschedule or refund our money. We will definitely chose this property again.

Just what we needed for the two of us!

My husband and I went down for a weekend stay without the kids and found this cute condo looking right at the pool and can also see the ocean! Great views and we were also able to capture the Harvest moon too! Loved that it had two bathrooms (one with shower), clean and very like home, in walking distance to beach (which was not crowded at all) and easy access from parking also. We could sit on the couch and look out at the beautiful blue skies and ocean or go out on the screened in porch and feel the ocean breeze! The owner called and was able to give great information about the condo and tell us places to eat, and directions if we needed them. He was very helpful. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one and we will be back soon for another quiet getaway, just the two of us!

Perfect weekend getaway!

Tastefully furnished and decorated condo within easy boardwalk walking distance to the uncrowded beach. Protected natural areas make Harbor Island a beautiful beach locale. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here!

We love this place!

This was our 3rd trip to the condo and once again we loved our trip and had a wonderful time! The condo has just the right amount of room for my husband and our two kids and the location is perfect. It is also very clean every time we have stayed. We look forward to our trip next year. Thanks Warren!

Parking passes are required by the Harbor Island Owner Association. The cost is currently $11.50 per day for one (1) vehicle. Please tell me at the time of booking if you require additional car passes. This additional charge will be reflected in the "fees."
