Important Note : This property is in a residential neighborhood. If you plan to come into town to party late into the night, this is not the property for you. We also do not allow extra people to stay overnight. Also, only those that are listed on the rental agreement are allowed to stay.

We LOVED this place!

  • 5 of 5

It's close to downtown and has everything needed for a wonderful vacation! The hot tub was awesome after a day of hiking. The bed is seriously comfortable. Everything is decorated adorably & functionally. Charlene was great to work with about reservation, check in/out, & tips about the town. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect stay for our week in Ashevile

  • 5 of 5

This Treefort/small house was the ideal place for us to stay while visiting Asheville for a summer trip. Perfectly located just a few minutes drive outside downtown Asheville, we found it to be both in a quiet and safe feeling neighborhood yet incredibly convenient for driving to any of the restaurants, shops, and nearby activities we had planned that week.

The owner was both very personable and easy to reach while we were there that week. She met with us after we arrived to share a ton of great tips about visiting the area, as well as answered any questions that came up that week immediately.

The Treefort itself is wonderfully decorated and put together for two people. The screened-in front porch was a fantastic place to sit during the night or in the afternoon listening to the rain, and the hot tub was a great bonus! For a week long stay, I think the only thing it didn't have for us was a washer and dryer, but there is a laundromat located close by, so for many I don't think that would be a big concern.

All in all, we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend to any others visiting the Asheville area!
