Our Duplex Home has 270 Ft. of Private White Sand Beach with 2 Tiki Huts and 270 Ft. of Private Dock space used exclusively by 13 Sandy Point Residents. You will be blown away by the stunning views from your vacation home. The white sand beach is perfect for wading knee deep in crystal clear gulf waters.

Bring your own boat and enjoy one of the best fishing waters of the world, the use of the private boat dock and boat ramp located steps away from your front door is included in your rental cost. ( The Boat dock is equipped with fresh water wash down, fish cleaning station, night lights and electricity both 110 and 220 V) .

This dock is located in a deep water canal, with easy access to the fishing grounds (both, to the bay and ocean sides).

There are 3 bedrooms. One King Bed, One Queen bed, and 4 Bunkbeds, one full pull out couch, 2 Roll Away Beds. Sleeps 12. There's 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs and 1 bed and bath downstairs that's separate from the upstairs. There is a Laundry room and Refrigerator down stairs.

There is a 50 inch Plasma in the Living room, 40 inch Flat screen in the Master and a 32 inch Flat Screen in the guest bedroom. Dining room table seats 8 and kitchen table seats 3. There is a gas grill on the Screened in Rap Around Porch. Enjoy stunning Sunset views right out your back door.

Amazing location

This is a fantastic property in a perfect location. The house is well-provisioned and the yard and beach are gorgeous. Our group of 11 packed the house, but we sorted it out well, using the big porches and wonderful weather. Our stay was exceptional and I would recommend this place to anyone with the following precautions. It is a duplex, so when you see the house pics keep in mind you only have half of the house. There are water toys available, but we didn't have a key to unlock them, which Tim was very apologetic about, but we still missed the opportunity to use them and the area is lovely for kayaking and paddle boarding. The bunk room is on the ground level without direct access to upstairs, so small children alone in there could be a concern. All that said, this is still a fantastic rental in a beautiful area, close enough to commercial areas, but well-removed from the bustle of US1.

A fun thing to do is hand feed 200Lb Tarpon at Robbies Marina at MM 77 gulf side. Enjoy the sunset at Morada Bay or Islamorada Fish Company.
