I can’t really comment because we didn’t actually stay. Unfortunately we needed to leave a car on the street and there was only 3 hour parking available. The owner did get in contact to say he could have organised alternative parking, however, we had already booked elsewhere.
Thanks for your 5 star rating Kim. There are plenty of unlimited time parking spaces in Moruben Road and 2 unlimited time spaces in Clifford Street around the corner. The 3 hour limited spaces are in Clifford Street - it seems like you were trying to park in the wrong street? When I sent you a welcome email before your arrival, I did ask you to contact me immediately if there were any problems with the accommodation - I also gave you my telephone number. You can imagine my surprise when you waited until 2 days after the day your stay began to message me to say that you had not stayed at all because you could find no parking! I found it unfortunate that you waited 2 days before making this known to me.
When I contacted you by telephone in response to your message I explained that you would have been able to find a parking space in Moruben Road, or could have rung me to tell me your problem and I would have let you park in my space. You told me that you were in the middle of a family crisis and that with the stress you could not cope with dealing with this issue. I sympathised and explained that I could have resolved this problem for you in a matter of minutes!. (I am sorry your personal crisis coincided with your visit) I explained to you that in the 60 years that we have owned our units in Moruben Road we have rarely if ever found we could not park in this reasonably quiet locality. Your stay commenced on a Sunday afternoon when parking should have been particularly plentiful. I was surprised by this turn of events. I do apologize for this occurrence which I find quite unusual and out of character with the area.
Anyway as you gave me 5 stars it seems that you found the apartment otherwise to your liking, and I hope that some day I can extend you hospitality again.

The unit was great - clean, bright, airy. with a nice view from the balcony, out over Balmoral and the Pacific Nice, functioning kitchen and bathroom. Tony was a most gracious host - welcoming and ready to tend to any needs. Also, public transport is about 200 yards away and you can catch the frequent buses to just about anywhere. Thanks for the hospitality, Tony.

I'm particularly pleased you found the unit so convenient to transport and facilities but still enjoyed the peace and quiet of the lovely Mosman / Balmoral area as well as the beautiful views.
A clean, tidy and comfortable apartment in a superb location with all amenities within walking distance. Tony, the landlord could not be more helpful.

The apartment is modern , exceptionally clean and situated within walking distance of the shops and the very easy to use bus routes, . Nice bed and bedding. I have already recommended this to a friend who after seeing our photos has booked. Tony is "on hand" and is quick to resolve any issues that you may have.

Great flat in a perfect location
The flat is nice and clean, beautiful views from the balcony, quiet area and close to everything.

Mosman is a fashionable affluent suburb of Sydney with a very low crime rate.
The apartment is about 300 metres from Bridgepoint Shopping Centre which has an Aldi, Harris Farm Market (fresh fruit, vegetable and deli outlet), large IAG supermarket and other specialty shops. In the surrounding areas are numerous restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and service outlets such as newsagents and pharmacies plus most other services likely to be required during your stay.
The Apartment is within walking distance to Balmoral Beach and is about 300 metres from an express B1 bus service to the Sydney CBD.
Taronga Zoo is accessible by public transport (20 mins by bus) or for those enjoying a walk, it is about a 40 minute walk through a very pretty and traditional area of housing.
Mosman is also a good embarkation point for public transport to the Northern Beaches and Manly - believe me the scenery is beautiful and one doesn't want to have to focus on driving a vehicle!
Mosman is a quiet place at night, and believe me, especially for visitors from the Northern Hemisphere who want to have restful quiet surroundings at night to catch up on their "shut eye", you may be much happier staying in Mosman than some inner city location.
