When you open the front door to this apartment, you can see the Ocean at your doorsteps. When you are watching TV, reading a book or even cooking, all you see is The Big Blue Ocean. Even when you wake up and open your eyes, you see The Big Blue Ocean. Most of all check out the moon reflection off The Big Blue Ocean, what a sight. You walk into the apartment and are greeted with a spectacular view of the beach and downtown, sunrise and sunset. The owner, Barbara, is a joy to interact with as you make your plans or have questions during your stay. The location couldn't be more convenient. Thanks Barbara, we will be back.
This cozy apt. on the 16th floor has a commanding view southwest and southeast, encompassing the ocean, Collins Ave, Indian Creek, the Intercoastal Waterway and, in the distance, downtown Miami. There are floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom, plus a small balcony accessible from both. The apt. is nicely proportioned with the convenience of a half-bath and washer / drier. The kitchen is compact with plenty of mixing bowls, pots, utensils, etc. Cable TV and reliable wi-fi round out the mix. The pool area on the ground floor is pleasant, with a heated pool and a whirlpool. The fitness center is adequate and a major convenience in the building. And the ocean is steps away, as is the beach walk. Thebuilding staff is friendly and attentive. The property is well-maintained. The convenience of parking in the building is a BIG plus.
The North Beach neighborhood is lively without being hyperactive. There's a nice selection of Latin American restaurants along with many other cuisines. A favorite is Prima Pasta near the O Cinema.

The owner, Barbara Pastor, has been very helpful in obtaining Condo Board approval for my one-month stay. The "move" was a breeze with the Bel Aire's valet bringing up my luggage and personal effects. I found the apt very clean and nicely furnished. Despite the building being on busy Collins Ave, the unit is very quiet. The small balcony is a comfortable place fore reading or having a drink. Most memorable of course is the commanding ocean view looking west and southwest. And the balcony offers a view of Indian Creek, the Intercoastal, and the Miami skyline, as well as the Atlantic. Wi fi has worked fine as has cable TV, though the offerings are somewhat limited. Interior parking is safe and convenient.

We got there, and due to owner's illness, we did not have a walk thru to determine the condition of the condo. When I sent an email to the owner, she accused me of complaining. Here is what we found- three legged coffee table - all legs wobbly. A fake leather couch that was pealing off the black, which caused the need for cleaning the floor daily. The kitchen had one towel and a sponge, insufficient. The tub had rusty and rotting jets, the caulking was moss covered and pealing. This had been marketed as a luxury place. It was not. The pool area was unsightly, and no beach accessories were unavailable. The owner came to fix one of the TV's, and replaced it with one that she kept the remote to. Hostle or what?
We are here for the month and already don't want to leave! The unit is immaculate and even more dramatic in person than the photos! The view is beyond magnificent! Barbara, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with and gave us a personal tour of building. The condo is fully stocked with all kitchen needs, beach day items, and washer/dryer. . The location is fabulous and a car not necessary. This is truly beach front living at its best!
Recently completed a 30 day stay at this cozy and very nice one bedroom condo on Miami Beach. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, with a small kitchen that was well stocked with glasses, cookware and utensils. The panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay and the City of Miami from the deck were fantastic. HD cable smart TV to watch your favorite sports teams when you were not in the pool or on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were also included. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Location was great, only 4 miles to South Beach and 6 miles to downtown Miami. Located next to 64th Street park where you can rent DECO Bikes to ride along the ocean 3.5 miles north to Bal Harbour or anywhere in Miami Beach.. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Could not have been any nicer to make sure our stay was perfect.
