A special opportunity to be a part of an exclusive enclave of homes on Morgan Point by the historic Morgan Point lighthouse. Travel through the picturesque village of Noank and past the Noank Shipyard where many moor their boats, to the end of a private drive. Here you will discover Morgan Point. Enjoy this unique location-an artist's retreat! This New England cottage was totally renovated recently-new appliances throughout and new granite counters in the spacious kitchen and in 2 of the 3 full baths - each bathroom was also totally renovated. Bring your camera and/or paintbrush because you will be amazed by the panoramic views of the rising sun over the lighthouse next door, the parade of boats at the mouth of the Mystic River and the stunning sunsets. It is an artist's haven near the former art studio of John Brackman. Water views from every window! Only a short walk to the quaint village of Noank to enjoy its restaurants, bakery and the incomparable Noank Market. It is just steps away from the Noank Shipyard. Mystic Seaport, Stonington, Foxwoods and the Mohegan Sun are minutes away by car.
Kayaks are available for your use and can be launched from the front yard.
Ideal for a relaxing getaway. Bikes (2) and boats (kayaks) are available for your use and to discover the many hidden coves along the seashore. Kayak or bike into Mystic and see the wonderful Mystic Seaport! New England at its best.

Phenomenal views from every room. Quaint New England cottage, fully renovated with walkability to great seafood restaurants, boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking and stores.
One of a kind location. An artist's paradise with sunrises over the Lighthouse and sunsets over Mouse Island!
You will want to return year after year as do many of our tenants. The views are spectacular!
My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful Noank property. There were amazing views at all times of day. The house is spacious, clean and has a very relaxing porch. Sarah was very helpful in suggesting activities in the area. I miss the ocean breezes already!
If there is an Idyllic property on this planet it is situated in the small historic village ideal for walking. The house is in excellent condition, located at the tip end of the village adjacent to a recently beautifully restored 150 year old lighthouse.
There are plenty of bedrooms and baths for our visitors. Also a very large modern kitchen with granite counters which as a cooking enthusiast I appreciate. We have entertained in the nicely furnished and decorated dining and living rooms with an open porch looking out on to the water.
This is all surrounded by nicely landscaped grounds. Be careful not to run too fast off the porch as you will get your feet wet - the water is that close! Take some chairs out to the yard, read a book, have a glass of wine and the only sounds you hear will be sea gulls and the wind rippling through the sails of boats passing by just a few yards away. My wife is a painter and has completed several works of art while there. Is this place really that good? Well, the proof of the pudding is that we have returned three times.
