Two bedroom condo with golf views close to pool!

We would love for you to be our guests in our lovely two bedroom condo along the 5th hole of beautiful Heritage Bay, Naples!

Heritage Bay is one of the finest member owned golf facilities in the Southwest Florida area with 27 holes of golf that have dazzled golfers since November 2006. The facility is located on Immokalee Road in North Naples, 1.3 miles east of Collier Blvd (SR 951).

Heritage Bay also features 7 lit soft surface tennis courts, a fitness center, 5 community pools, a 27,000 square foot club house, and a wonderful spa with in-room service.

Located on the second floor across from a community pool, the condo features everything you'll need to get the best out of your stay:

The kitchen is outfitted with all of the appliances and cookware you'll need and a breakfast table with views of the 5th hole.

The den features a large screen HD television with an AppleTV, BluRay player and Internet access through WiFi.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed while the second bedroom features two twins. Rails are available for young ones.

The kitchen alcove also has a day bed/trundle bed in case you have more than four people.

The condo has one parking spot with guest parking available. The floor is elevator accessible.

We also have family in the area that will help make sure you have a great stay.

We're parents of two children working and living in New York. We decided to purchase a condo in Heritage Bay because we visited family in the area and fell in love with the beautiful views and friendly community.

Why Scott & Julie chose Florida South West

Heritage Bay provided everything we wanted in a vacation home. There are plenty of activities for the kids as well as adults, from swimming to tennis, fitness and golf. The food at the clubhouse is outstanding when we don't feel like cooking while downtown Naples and beautiful beaches are only a few miles away.

Perfect winter escape

My wife and I stayed for two months over the winter and immediately booked again. The experience in total was excellent.

The owner was accessible, easy to deal with , and very efficient from the start of the process till our final departure.

The condo itself was very clean, well appointed, provided everything you would need for your stay. The view is a beautiful view over the pond and the golf course.

We did not spend a lot of time in the condo as there is so much to do but it is very comfortable. We had overnight guests on occasion and it did not feel crowded at all

The kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook, with a large pantry space and all new appliances.

Heritage bay itself is an excellent facility and we took advantage of the small pool directly outside our unit, the main pool with full food and beverage service, the hot tub, fitness facilities, and of course the golf.

You will make friends immediately with your neighbours and those that you meet at the various planned activities if you like.

I recommend bikes if you have them as there is plenty of easy or long bike trails.

It is a gated community with a resort feel.

The club has dining options and we found the grill room food to be very good and reasonably priced. The staff are outstanding and friendlyespecially in food and beverage

I recommend a car because there are lots of great and varied restaurants on Vanderbilt, Immokolee, and Tamiani trail.

Downtown Naples is a bit further but a must destination

Beach choices are varied and accessible.

Access from the airport has been upgraded

All in all a very rewarding experience

Home away from Home

The property more than met our needs for the month of February 2014. It was spacious, had a designated parking space for our car, and close to two swimming pools. We used the fitness facility and played golf. The condo overlooked the 14th hole of the golf course and was very quiet and peaceful there.

The owner was extremely helpful with answering our questions, guiding us through the paperwork process, and ease with which to acquire the keys to the condo. He was very prompt in replying to my emails. Shortly after our arrival, the owner emailed to ask if all was going well.

While there, we went to the beach, shopped, and visited friends. The condo is located about 4 miles from I-75 and 10 miles to the beach. We used the Delnor Wiggins State Park parking lot -- the fee is $6 -- when traveling to the beach.

The condo is in a good location:

20 miles to Marco island

10 miles to downtown Naples

Corkscrew Sanctuary is in the area.

12 miles to Miromar Outlets

30 minute drive to Southwest Florida Regional Airport

The condo is also very close to a Publix grocery store and a Super Target. In conclusion, we would recommend this property to family and friends, and our month long stay more than met our expectations. It was a wonderful vacation destination to escape the cold north for the warmer climate of southwest Florida.

Great Condo development and owners

The owners were great to work with and helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. The view to the golf course was special and we saw lots of birds and an alligator from the lanai. Condo is roomy with easy access. Location is not far from golf, tennis, pools, fitness and the Clubhouse food is great. Excellent and safe area for walking, jogging or biking, too.
