Relax and enjoy the sunset! Welcome to our Seneca Lake cottage. We are steps from the water's edge where you can enjoy boating, fishing, swimming and water sports. Take a trip on the Finger Lakes Wine Trail, head out to the golf course, go for a bike ride, or visit a local eatery.
We're just 10 miles south of Geneva on the east shore of Seneca Lake, one of Upstate New York's larger Finger Lakes.
This cottage features a flat front yard and large driveway that easily accommodates 4 vehicles. Enter the cottage through the front door, just steps from the driveway. All of the bedrooms are on the top floor, near parking and easily accessible for your luggage.
From the entry, a guest room is immediately to your right and the full upstairs bathroom is on your left. Ahead is the upstairs den with love seat and fireplace. Three additional bedrooms are adjacent to the upstairs den – a guest room with a full bed; the master bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area, and walk in closet; and a 4th bedroom with two twin beds. All of the bedrooms have a window with a view of the lake, and the master bedroom overlooks the lake, private dock with boat lift, and a beautiful weeping willow. Each bedroom has fresh linens, wall hooks, a few hangers, and crisp white towels for your stay.
From the entry, you can walk downstairs where the open kitchen and living room area, laundry, second bathroom, and screened porch are located. The kitchen features a new stainless refrigerator and range. Dishes, glasses, pots, pans, serving plates and bowls, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster are all available for your use. The breakfast table features a view of the lake and seats 4.
The living room has a flat screen SMART television, basic cable, and wireless, high speed internet. The screened porch includes dining table that seats 6 and another sitting area for 4. Just outside, there are four Adirondack style outdoor chairs and a fire ring for your summer night sing alongs and marshmallow toasting.
The cottage is just 30 feet from our seawall and private dock that's great for swimming and fishing. A covered power boat lift is available for your boat. Put your boat in the water just three miles south at Sampson State Park.
