Our lakeshore home is designed for family fun and relaxation. Located on semi-private Iron Lake, there is plenty of room for tubing, fishing, swimming or just relaxing on the large deck or dock watching the sunset. The cabin has four bedrooms with 2 full baths. The main floor has knotty pine, floor to ceiling stone fireplace and windows and a reclaimed wood floor from the Great Salt Lake. The upper floor has comfortable seating and a television with Dish network. Fishing off the dock is a great activity for smaller children. There is plenty of wildlife from otters to eagles. Smores can be created at dusk at the firepit. The Milky Way and other celestial bodies can be clearly viewed at night. Bayfield, Amnicon State Park and the Brule River are all close by for exploring.

Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: In 2003, my husband saw this property on the internet and we came up the next day and purchased it. It was Memorial Day weekend and there were two boats on the entire lake. We knew this is where we wanted to come with our family to relax. We haven't been disappointed. Our family has grown to eleven and we enjoy our long weekends up in Northwestern Wisconsin. The Troutdale properties are part of an old trout farm and our five acres is where the original homestead was located. We enjoy the area all of the four seasons.
